This was a going to be a present for a little girl but I definetly wouldn't recommend this. The one star is for the furniture that come with it but be careful as it is dangerous. I tried to hold the building together using a non expandable wood glue but even that was no use as the panel are all out of line by at least 4mm and even getting it out of the frame it all comes in is so hard because it splinters, splits and peels. It was fun assembling the furniture but even that is out of line as some don't fit together and other pieces are so loose that they fall straight apart. I have tried using the sandpaper but the wood is such bad quality I don't know how the is recommended for children.

Shoddy to say the least. The house itself, hmm. The cuts don't line up, I had to re cut most of the joints, and use wood glue to make it stay together. As for the furniture, it's a joke. I'm a crafter, I do a lot of artwork, have the tools. Just a craft knife wouldn't be enough. Unfortunately, I don't have space in my flat for a lathe and full wood working tool kit. Any piece with a slight wiggly bit split and fell apart when I tried to separate it from the rest. I managed to get one complete chair, and a table. Instructions? I wish I had micro vision. No written instructions at all, just a pictorial/numerical diagram that would take a PHD to understand, and I can build an IKEA Billy bookcase in fifteen minutes..

Unfortunately, this was very disappointing.I purchased this to assemble and paint with my six year old daughter, but the jig sawing was inconsistent, not cutting through the wood sufficiently, poorly guided so that perforations were sometimes doubled per piece, lines weren’t straight and joints did not match up. In many places, the jigsawing was so poorly executed that the wood split and stripped off of the assembly pieces.I have some woodworking experience and I couldn’t really even adjust the pieces to be useable as is. The house portion pieces had virtually no straight lines cut in at all. Pictured is the best of the fits.

A complete waste of money. I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. We spent about an hour punching out all the little bits only to find that the holes on the various parts of the house were misaligned with the bits that needed to fit inside the holes. In other words the pieces don’t fit together so we ended up binning the house. By then, the return window had passed but I’m hoping that we will nonetheless receive a refund as this product is faulty and should never have been sold.

This is a dreadful product. Made from thin inferior wood that splits and splinters so easily. The cut outs don't come out in one piece - they break into small pieces! I can't understand how this house passed quality control! Twenty eight pounds worth of trashy, ill fitting pieces of wood. Don't waste your money!

Tried to assemble the house and none of the holes matched up with the pegs that were supposed to fit inside. It kept falling apart. Might work if you had wood glue. We didn’t even try the furniture as we couldn't even assemble the house. Complete disappointment!

If I could have given it a zero I would have done. Poor quality numerous bits have broken, and no instructions to put it together. Avoid at all cost. I suspect that the furniture is MDF with a thin plywood veneer, will not stand much playing with.

Avoid at all cost! Nothing actually fits together and the wood is flimsy and it is not cut properly so tends to break when you are trying to pop out. No useful instructions so a bit of a guessing game... just avoid this...

Terrible buy! Can not recommend at all! The pre-cut parts are badly cut and snap with bits of the "to build parts" as well! Very shabby and low standard! If I could give 0 star, I would! Not happy at all!

Awful awful awful product. I wish I'd read the other reviews before making the purchase. Poorly cut, cheap material. Wouldn't be worth £1 at a pound shop, certainly not over £20. Unusable.
