It's early days but it looks to be a real hit. Our granddaughter was given it for her first birthday so at this age she loves to put the round ends in her mouth to chew but she's good at pulling apart any configurations which have been made for her. Just occasionally she's able to put pieces together. Her ability to click together the three parts of the train will come later. So it should last her a long time as she gets more confident at building and then in due course to learn the alphabet and colours. The size of the round ends is just right for holding and pulling with her small hands. There are two of each letter of the alphabet plus a few other seemingly random letters plus a few other designs which can be seen in the seller's pictures.

My daughter loves to build with blocks, and I love toys that are educational. Fischer-Price delivers on both with the ABC Musical Train. The interactive learning blocks reinforce her understanding of letters, but in imaginative play which keeps her entertained for hours! This is so helpful as we are preparing our daughter for pre-school. The blocks are easily manipulated with little fingers and they easily attach and detach without sticking. The blocks are also interchangeable with other Mega Blok toys. They stack up high without falling too- we couldn't be more pleased with the giggles and playtime fun!

Didn’t know what to expect on purchase. It really is an excellent product that our one year old grandchild absolutely loved. She was enthralled with the funnel pressing it immediately to hear the toot and rhyme. The blocks are easy to put together and take apart, are colourful and small words can be made from the alphabet ones on the side of the trucks. Educational and Highly recommended.

A lovely sturdy and colourful toy which I can see being used for several years. Good that you can add other sets to it. The only reason it lost a star was the packaging. It came in a lovely strong box that I would have liked to have kept for storage but the box was all glued together and had to be destroyed to get the bricks out. Such a waste and annoying to have to find an alternative.

When upon looking at this I didnt imagine it to be that big but I was actually surprised when it got delivered. I got it for my sons 1st birthday and he loves it. Theres LOADS of bricks with it, and u even get to stick the letters on the bricks yourself :-) definitely a bargain for your money, this will spring to mind when my friends kids turn 1 for a present.

2 year old absolutely loves this, hasn't really been into cars so we thought we'd buy him a little one to see how he got on, from the minute he wakes up to the minute he goes to sleep, he is playing with this garage!Only includes 1 car, but for the price you cant really moan, it is very sturdy and straight forward to put together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter received this on Christmas ( 11 months old) This toy is in her top 10 mosted played with toy. When I pick her toys up at night, she hides her blocks under the rugs and in her crib, because she just loves playing with this Toy. Highly recommend this toys.

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew. He immediately started building the bricks. Obviously, far too young to build the train by himself but made a wonderful tower.At his age, he will obviously need help to make the train.The bricks are colourful, sturdy and child friendly.A great present.

This set was for my nephew and he loved it! I think the only issue is that the letters aren’t part of the brick they are actually stickers. Which is okay for an older child however it was rather difficult to do the stickers with a two year old haha But still great quality and would buy again

We got this toy as a Christmas present for my partner's 1.5-year-old niece and she seemed to love playing with it so we cannot complain! I just remember being slightly disappointed as the actual toy was a bit different from the one in the picture; all the blocks came of the same size...

I keep the box of megabloks at my house so my granddaughter only plays with them once a week. This keeps her interested in them and she enjoys taking them apart and rearranging them. She likes the different colours and enjoys pushing and pulling the train along the floor.

My little one love to build towers with it, these are easy to put together with them little hand, not heavy and no sharp corners or edges, we can play together putting new objects or reading letters or she can spend time playing on her own. Overall really good purchase

My little one lives this train and I find that it is a very useful tool for teaching him the alphabet. I also love that it is very versatile because you can combine the blocks from other Mega Block sets and build up the train.I defenetly recommend this train set.

Nice and colourful. My 8 month old loves knocking down the towers I build and is starting to pull the train across the floor. Nice chunky blocks. Had to stick the letters on myself which was long and boring but I just got the other half to do out while I watched.

I purchased this when it was in a toy sale just before w Christmas for my 2 year old and so glad I brought it. Came in a bigger box than I was expecting and the blocks are great for my toddler's hands. Loads of fun to have and was so glad that I brought it. :)
