This Mega Bloks table is the ‘boy’ version (there’s also a very pink version) but I’d definitely say it’s very gender neutral and exactly the same in terms of the table layout with the 4 baseboards and track running around the centre. The legs fold out and slot into place for stability and by turning the centre piece you can release the baseboards to get the bloks which are stored inside. This one comes with 2 cars, Bloks in various designs and a set of stickers with car related pictures, lights, traffic lights, shop fronts and fruit and veg (whereas the pink version is more about the home and flowers etc). Like the rest of the range, these Bloks are easy to slot together and there’s a decent number of Bloks to build towers etc and I like it shows you can put the base plates on different levels too. I’d have loved for there to be a full baseplate though as you’re restricted with there only being 1 block of 4 to create a bridge to go over the track with this. The table is quite short though – even my 18 month old bends over it so an older child would have to kneel at it or the legs could be folded under so it’s low to the ground. Storage wise, with all the Bloks being secure inside it, it’s easy to store length ways or widthways to keep it in a cupboard when not in use. If you have other MegaBloks they will also fit with this set so it’s something that can continue to be added to although there’s not much space for many extra Bloks. It’s well made though and seems very durable so it should last a long time.

During the 80s and 90s Mega Bloks were a big name in young children's toys, my children had loads of bloks in all sizes, colours and shapes. Lego had been a popular building toy for years but was deemed much too fiddly for the younger child of toddler and pre-school age, little fingers could never pull the pieces apart and I know that my children used to cry in frustration when their older cousins allowed them to play with their lego. Mega Bloks arrived on the scene and my children never looked back ... mega bloks for a couple of years followed by lego when they were that much older. Problem solved. This is a good value set consisting of a portable foldable chunky legged table and thirty pieces of building bloks.A good mix of colours, shapes and sizes are included...two vehicles with working wheels, bricks with coloured stickers including traffic lights, street light and gas station. Mega Bloks are well made, child safe, bright colouful large bloks that are designed to be easy for a young child to hold and build with...they are also easy to pull apart. The great thing about this particular set, is that it is really very portable. Everything fits inside the table, the legs fold up and there is a handle to hold. Perfect for taking in the car or on holiday etc.Brilliant set and highly recommended.

Started using this when my son was 12 months old. It's basically Duplo, but slightly lower quality. The blocks are thinner and not as tough, but still reasonably solid. The table is equally decent, but the legs - which pop up and fold down, allowing easy storage - don't clip in that easily and the table is not 100% sturdy until you get them fully clipped in. I had real trouble getting one leg to click in.Once up, the table is great. There are four base blocks on the table, which can be lifted up - a simple twist lock in the middle of the table keeps them locked in place - to reveal a susbtantial storage space for blocks. It is useful for keeping play areas tidy, and as most people with 1-year-olds will know, great fun for kids who love putting things into places and taking them out again. The blocks are easy to fit together for small hands learning motor skills. The blocks come with affixable stickers - car, lamp post, fruit shop, clock - so you can build a little town. There are two blocks on wheels, which can go round on the track that is built into the base blocks. It's good fun, and decent value, but certainly lacks Duplo quality.

I got this for my 2 year old nephew who is well in to building and construction and he absolutely loves it.The mega blocks are much better for him at this age, being as they are easy to hold, large enough NOT to choke on, are very durable and easy to connect / build with. This set comes with a construction table that has its pros and its cons. The pros - The table is perfectly suited to HIS height (not mine) which means he can sit and built at it for hours. Its large enough for him to build a wide variety of things on it, and when not in use it folds away quickly and easily. The cons - the legs are too loose, and tend to move out of place with the smallest of bumps. This results in broken build projects and tears.I have got around this by applying a light layer of moulding putty to them in order stiffen the legs further. While not ideal, its doing the job for now.Overall, this is a great set, but the legs do need further re-enforcement or a "click in to place" option to prevent the table from falling apart when in use. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star product

As to be expected from Mega Bloks this set has bright, colourful and chunky pieces perfect for little hands and not only can the table be played with and built upon but it also has a storage area inside for tidying the blocks away and can be folded flat to carry along with you perhaps to a Grandparents house. We are usually a Lego household but have always used Mega Bloks as a first stepping stone simply because their blocks are huge in comparison to Duplo and so a perfect starter and entrance into the world of building.I love that the table comes with some blocks so that your child can play straight away and that the top of the table has a road area along with places to build on.One of the great design features is that the top parts lift up to provide a storage area below and that the legs can be flattened so that it can be flat packed for tidying away or perhaps being taken somewhere else.A lovely toy and a great little building area for your little one with bright and colourful chunky blocks perfect for little hands.

This is inspired - a low, wide table for building which is at a really great level for toddler to play at easily. They can build towers and play with the train around the table and when you are done, you can pack the blocks inside, fold down the legs and put it away, or take it with you (which is brilliant for visiting friends/family without toys as this keeps them occupied but is very self-contained. There is a limit to the number of blocks that fit inside and you will probably want to get some extra blocks to use with this table (if you don't already have some at home). It's nice that it has been designed for transport as well as this adds another dimension. This is sturdy and should last and last.

As a Mega Blocks “starter kit” this is super fun. The 18-month old absolutely adores it - all the bright primary colours and enough blocks to feel she is doing something, even if in the main her playtime involves building a tower then knocking them over, or just climbing on the table when she thinks no one is looking! It is worth noting that this takes up Quite a bit of floor space when in use (just over half a metre squared) but it does fold away into itself in a handy carry-pack when not in use.The main thing to note though is that she enjoys playing with it, and even more so when other kids come over to play.A really good set, and a reasonable price for all that you get. Recommended.

This is a lovely Megabloks station set on a low level table. It has convenient foldable legs which means it can be used on floor level or set as a table – allowing the child to sit or kneel at it. The foldable feature also means it takes up less storage space, so can be packed standing. It can also be carried wherever necessary. The blocks are within the table, locked in place with an easy-to-use twisting to undo the lid. It comes with some colourful blocks and a few wheeled blocks. My child already has the Megabloks 100-pack so this station complements those well.

We’re big fans of Mega Bloks and already have their Take Along Builder set where the blocks all tidy away into a wheeled suitcase. This Build & Learn Table follows similar principles which everything tidying away into a case that you carry. It’s so clever with the legs folding out/away and the fact that you build on the top of the case. There are lots of pieces and the fact that there’s a built in train track is just the icing on the cake. You can buy other Mega Bloks sets on Amazon along with additional bags of bricks. Highly recommended.

I got this for our grandson, who's nearly 2 and loves blocks, and he really likes it; it's just that sometimes he tries to tip it over, and then the legs come loose.I'd feel happier if they were fixed more securely, but you don't have to use the legs;you can put the top part directly onto a table if you like. The table has a lip round the edge, and lots of blocks built into the surface,so there's a nice stable start to your building. The legs do fold down for storage,so it's a handy piece of kit for a toddler.

A lovely toy for busy toddlers. Great for parent too as it neatly stores away. All of the bricks can be stored in the table and the legs collapse and fit neatly underneath, the whole set can then be stored in a cupboard. There is endless fun to be had building, sorting and there is even a train and track build into the lid. Our exploring mountain goat like to try and mount it but it is not strong enough for that so ensure play is supervised. They whole table is smaller than it looks and not very high.

I bought this for my 1 year old little boy and he loves it.He can pull himself up to stand or kneel to play or even sit down without the legs being extended. The legs are easy to lock into position either way - up or down. They are also sturdy but, there is a bit of give when he leans into the middle of the table.I also bought the extra bag of Mega Blocks to go with it but these seem a little bit "looser" and don't fit together as tightly as the other blocks.Overall it's a great product.

My grandson is just under the recommended age of 12 months, but we reckoned he was ready for this. And - he absolutely loved it!The bright primary colours are sure to grab any youngster's attention and there is so much to do. Whilst he hasn't quite grasped the skills of stacking and building yet, he loves pushing the vehicles around and examining all the components. There's no real assembly required, so this great little play table is good to go in a matter of minutes.Lovely product!

This was bought as an add on to mega blocks. I bought it for my grandsons first birthday. It is a perfect height for him but is a big hit with adults too. No assembly required. Easy fold out legs. Bottom filled with bricks too which I hadn't realised. It was a big hit immediately. Easy to clean. My grandson puts everything in his mouth at moment but bricks big enough to eliminate choking hazard. Easy to fold away. Think it will be a prominent feature!

This is the perfect gift for toddlers who love Mega Bloks. It folds up flattish with integral legs, it has a sort of Mega Blok cover that can be used as a base for building but you can also store blocks under the cover. It comes with some blocks and a couple of vehicles. I'm pleased that there are no flashing lights or sounds. It is a simple building toy and consequently it has a lot of useful play and learning appeal. Well made and a good price too.
