This is a very good game. You have to know the basics of chess, however, when you click on a piece to move, the game shows you where you can and can't place it. I think the graphics are very good, especially when a piece is taken - the pieces actually fight each other which is very entertaining! There are different boards and chess people to play with. The only negative thing I would say about it is that it is sometimes difficult to see what the pieces are, due to the small screen, however, if you move the cursor to the pieces on the board, it will show you in the top left hand corner which piece your cursor is resting on.
