This product was a day late luckily I was in! I agree with previous review it has a sloping lid. The courier was polite which helps. We all understand its a cleanser but all the instructions in German and sorry to say I don't speak the language. Trying to read in between the lines you massage into face,neck and as far as you need then remove with a dampened pads etc. Not used it as only just received it but put on my hand and it reminds me of mens shaving foam. My hand is nice and soft though.(its an update tonight will try on face with the machine I bought the other day.

I ordered this because I like the toner so much.But I did not find thie milk easy to get out of the bottle - it's a little too thick - and the bottle itself was not so convenient because the top is not flat. This makes it difficult to stand upside down, which it needs to be for easy getout.
