This tiny gun can be misleading at first, but don't be fooled, it packs a punch! The gun is a single shot mechanism, meaning that you have to reload after each shot, and it comes with two darts, which is just enough to fire a shot, reload, and fire again before stopping the battle to search for your darts. (If you really want some fun I advise that you buy a pack of darts so that you have a decent amount of ammo, the elite ones are fairly cheap)While it's not the most ergonomic thing to use, nor does it pack the fancy mechanisms of the bigger multiple shot guns, it is VERY small. Easily small enough to fit in a pocket, and can even be stuck in your waistband without hindering your movement too much.Despite this size, it still has about the same power and range as most of its larger cousins, with a shot that actually does hurt if it is fired from a very short distance. So in summary, I definitely recommend you buy this neat little pistol. Whether it's to have something fun to lark around with, or, if you already have NERF guns, to supplement your main weapons with a good backup pistol that's light and concealable, you really can't go wrong.

Great for office warfare, but you might want to buy some extra bullets as the two supplied will inevitably go missing within minutes!Fires quite far for its size and is fairly accurate, so long as the bullets are in good condition. The great thing compared to other Nerf guns is that it's virtually silent and very small, great for sneaking up on people with. If you're not all about the element of surprise though, the whistling bullets available fit perfect. The bullets are virtually painless when they hit, although having received a point blank shot to the ear, they can sting a tiny bit!I have a colleague who also has one,he left his in the loaded/sprung position for a while and now it doesn't shoot quite as far - so if you're not using it then make sure you leave it 'uncocked' or the spring might wear a little and it won't fire quite as far.

Awesome fun, I bought 4 guns to have battles with my mates and their children. This is my baby back up weapon I keep in my sock, I have a firestrike for my backup, a strongarm 8 shooter and a rapidstrike with 2 extra clips.Yes I am a 35 year old guy, but when your up against a 7, 8, 10 and 11 year old it's war, last time we had a play fight I got taken out by my mates 6 year old daughter with an outstanding rebound shot off the living room celling. The only problem with nerf is the cleanup after. But it's good harmless clean fun.My one suggestion if you are going to buy these guns for battles like ours get some eye protection for the children we use paintball masks because it covers the wholeface and look cool.

I have just bought this today from a Supermarket priced at 4.99, having been looking at it for months. After reading various reviews and watching several videos I decided to risk it. The gun reminds me of the noisy cricket gun in the Men in Black series, because of it's tiny size. I test fired it when I got it home, and it's just ridiculous (in a good way) the distance and the power the gun provides. I think, because the gun fires foam darts, they are probably safer; if you follow the safety instruction, than BB guns. I have had 2 BB guns in the past, and the spring mechanism on both were damaged beyond repair, so even though this was only £4.99 I am hoping it will prove to be a long lasting purchase.Good fun.

As my title suggests this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review...and im 32 years old!I picked two of these up from a supermarket for on a whim for me and little one to play. I also got a pack of extra darts. The guns were only 4 quid each.BE WARNED!!!! These are far far more powerful than I had ever imagined. This also means they far far far more fun!! I have never spent so little and got so much enjoyment out of a product. The little one loves it too but I can see why they say 8+You almost certainly will want to insist on googles or sun glasses just incase of that stray shot to the eyes.We use them for target practice with empty cans and they wallop themdown!Enjoy

Purchased as stocking fillers for my children - I then had to buy one for myself so that I could join in the family Nerf wars! This is a proper pocket rocket - it may look small but actually this packs a punch and is perfect for tactical household warfare! You'll probably need to buy some extra foam darts and it's only supplied with a couple and you can't have a proper battle with just two! We have so much fun with family battles - plus our catch like chasing the foam darts! The gun is very solid and well built. The trigger function is easy to operate - even for small hands, but it does take a little more oomph to pull down the orange handle to 'load' the weapon.

I play a lot of scenario games using Paintballing equipment, and recently discovered Nerf has a larger following than its "suggested" age, my Paintball group and I started buying up nerf kit as its cheap, and found that the new Elite Range is truly something special :DI carry one of these with the rest of my gear (paintballing smoke grenades and a customised Nerf Stryfe) and its both accurate, and flys a damn good distance. not advisable to fire up close (as with all replica firearms) as it DOES pack a punch, but is perfect for keeping heads down when your main weapon is empty, and fits in a regular jeans or jacket pocket too

I bought this product for my five year old, and he really enjoys it. Feels really sturdy when unpacked, at first I thought it would be difficult to load and pull the lever ready for action for a five year old, but he was handling it like a pro almost from the get go.This fires the bullet quite far, around 15-20m only downside is you only get two bullets so you have to watch where they fly to. But you can buy more bullets from amazon, so you can always have some spare!Anyhow, if you want to know whether or not I recommend this lets just say I bought one for myself to play with my little one. its an absolute blast!

I bought this to help me deal with people interrupting me in meetings - in this it has proved a complete success. The small size means it can easily be carried in a handbag, making a surprise attack easily achievable. For such a small gun the range is surprisingly good and I was able to shoot someone five tables away from me. Even if you can't aim well, the fact that they have to stop talking and duck is a great boon.Only comes with two bullets though, so I would recommend buying extra. Also, maybe don't shoot the director. Mostly because he will steal it and spend the tea break playing with it.

This was a great gun I am 15 and still love it I can't imagine how much a kid between the ages specified on the product which are slipping my mind I mean they do not get it to your house quick enough (sarcasm) they said it was going to be at my house may 2nd and they got it too me by the 22nd of April. The product came in great condition in the box so I knew it wasn't used or anything with two bullets and a simple shooting technique by just pulling the little pump at the bottom then pull the trigger so simple it's just amazing definitely worth the money totally recommend this.

I bought this along with a few other guns for fathers day, and regretted it since! I have been attacked so many times by my father it is unreal! they are such good fun thee is usually war breaking out at least once a day! I would recommend getting some goggles or sunglasses though as t can hurt when hit in the eye. This particular gun is more powerful than the other elite guns, travelling a little further and a little more power behind it (you definitely notice when it hits skin!) however is not powerful enough to bruise or leave any marks!would definitely recommend!

I bought a couple of Nerf guns for my kid, but he's only three and half, and had trouble pulling back the mechanism to cock it. So I bought this as it looked easier for him to use, and I was right. The handle is easy for little hands to grip, and although it takes a little effort, he can cock it himself. As for its power, I was really surprised. Not as powerful as the bigger ones I bought first, but this almost matches them for power. The darts seem to fall a metre, or metre and a half shorter than the bigger guns. This shoots about 6 or 7 metres.

A pretty robust and amusingly portable little gun that has allowed my 3-year-old girl and I to shoot my wife on a daily basis with hilarious consequences (and likely a costly divorce). My little one can't cock the gun herself yet (done by pulling the little orange plunger all the way down) but its wonderfully straightforward to load and aim and packs impressive power, launching the little foam darts rapidly toward a moving target with satisfying accuracy! We bought this in conjunction with the Nerf Strongarm Blaster which is equally fun.

Got this with some leftover money on a gift card to annoy my partner with in our flat, mission accomplished.Pros: Good range and quite accurate for something so small and very fun.Cons: Only one half of the pistol (the side facing out of the box) is painted well the other side is very poor and you only get the 2 darts which are very easy to lose.Although it isn't powerful enough to hurt you, I can't speak for your partner out of annoyance of being shot in the shower by you then punching you very hard and leaving a small bruise.

My sons and I already have larger Nerf guns, but I thought I would buy this for my youngest son who doesn't always like using the battery powered gun.Despite the size and price the gun seems well made and fires the darts more powerfully than many of the larger weapons in the range. To be honest much as he like it, I've been messing with it more. An ideal diversion while sat at one's desk. I even bought a load more darts so I didn't have to keep retrieving these ones.
