A strong liqueur with an intense flavour. It has a clean fresh taste in the mouth and I think is best served straight from the fridge or slightly warmer to allow the subtler citrus aromas to become apparent. My wife likes to drink this as a substitute for limoncello although an analogy with a fruit schnapps is applicable. I've not done it but it would work as a base for adding lemonade. Definitely a class act.
