A firm favorite of mine but getting harder to find locally so I ordered it via Amazon. When my order went missing after the system said it was delivered, I was very impressed to see Amazon replace the item immediately at no charge. As regards the gin itself upon recommendation from a friend I put it in the freezer for a bit. It was chilled and nice and syrupy. Really good as a wee aperitif or I also pour a splash into regular gin and tonics to add a bit of something extra to my favorite cocktail. My husband has purchased the rhubarb and ginger one (there is also a spiced orange) and he really likes that one also.A word of some non-product related warning though; yesterday when taking out our recycling bin for collection,I opened the bin to put some cans and such in to find my original parcel IN MY RUBBISH BIN. This is not Amazon's fault but it makes for interesting conversation and a warning to all who use Yodel for parcel delivery. Since Yodel delivered the replacement I assume they "delivered" the original order.

Whether like us you drink your first bottle in its entirety whilst dancing round the fire like a bunch of mad pagan druids or you sip this glorious liqueur in your finest smoking jacket whilst lounging in your library during the dead of winter you will not be disappointed - Neat or mixed (but glorious neat) this drink is incredible. We are now on our 6th bottle and that is completely due to our various dinner guests demolishing this bottle of heaven sent liquid happiness like a fat kid at a cup cake convention. Finally due to lock down this latest bottle is all mine and you will find me in a cupboard drinking it quieting whilst rocking back and forth recovering from my 45th day of home schoolingand hiding from the mini satan I spawned one drunken evening with my wife in the good old care free childless day of yesteryear.

I have a thing for berries, and raspberries take a very high spot on my list, so this seemed like a good fit to try.I was a bit worried that it would possibly be too sweet, but I have been surprised to see that it isn't, and that paired with a great tonic (I personally go for Fever-Tree, either the original or the Mediterranean one; to make it a bit more complex, I'd use the Lemon tonic), this is smooth gin liqueur, and well balanced and fragrant to drink. You can also drink it on its own, either with an ice cube or just neat.Overall, I was quite impressed and happy with the finished product, and would definitely recommend and will be buying again sometime soon.

What can I say...? This is an absolute treat that all gin lovers should try. I enjoy it with 50mls of gin and 150mls sparkling tonic water over ice... Puuuurfect. I accidentally gave said drink to my in laws and wife to try, knowing full well that all three hated gin.... they all liked it so much they all asked for one swell. And there disappeared the bottle shortly after and what fun we had in the enjoyment. Unlike some similar gin flavoured drinks on the market, neither element overrides the other and is incredibly refreshing, especially on a warm summers evening. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves gin or raspberrieq, you won't regret it.

I'm a big fan of chambord, which I usually drink neat. You can drink this as a neat liquer but I've found the best way to drink it is with a couple of ice cubes, a smallish handful of frozen raspberries (got to get you 5 a day!) and then pour a shot of gin over the top and as a mixer use the same measure of fevertree med tonic.absolutely delish.I have tried using frozen summer fruits in place of raspberries and it changes the taste - it's not bad - just not as taste tickling.Whichever way you drink it, enjoy!and a like once you've tried it my way would be appreciated :)

Very nice with lemonade which is how the pubs serve this one in Edinburgh, but also very nice with tonic. A very refreshing fruity drink from the fab Edinburgh Gin - after a visit to their distillery I started drinking gin after being adamant that I didn't like it. This one also got finished very quickly between 4 of us (just like the rhubarb one). Very drinkable and particularly nice if you like a fruit flavoured drink which isn't overly alcohol tasting. The EG liqueurs are also much weaker than normal gin which makes it infinitely easier to drink; rather too easy!

Beautiful stuff. Very moorish. Great blend of gin & raspberries. Not too potent to take straight over ice as I take it. Haven't taken it with a mixer but I guess it will be fine so long as the mixer is not a flavoured one. Pity you can't get this product in larger capacity bottles. 50cl doesn't go very far between 2 people & trust me that you will be gutted when the bottle is empty! Having tried it in 20cl form I was confident enough to subsequently fork out for 2x 50cl bottles. Believe me that the price of this product is worth every penny...

The amazon driver that delivered our parcel today was friendly and polite and gave my 2 little girls a chocolate snowman each which I thought was a very nice gesture and completly unexpected. Just thought this kindness should be noticed and the driver be given the gratitude he deserves I didn't manage to catch his name as I was on my way to work but would like this feedback to somehow reach the driver that took the time out of his day to brighten up mine and my children's at this time of year it was such a nice thought thankyou.

This is absolutely delicious. It's perfect with lemonade, lots of ice and some fresh or frozen raspberries. Elderflower cordial ice cubes and elderflower tonic water work well too. It's sweet, but not cordial sweet. I've an ever increasing gin collection and it's nice to have a flavour as refereshing as this. It doesn't have any alcohol 'burn' and it's proven popular with non gin drinkers too. Keep it in the fridge as it's much better chilled - as with all gins. A definite favourite of mine!

I purchased this as a gift and the individual loves it. I can not comment myself on how good or bad the taste is, give you any fancy words on the body or aroma, or even pretend I know anything about properly sampling an alcoholic beverage.BUT what I can tell you is, by going on the advise from the receiver, who has since purchased another bottle, it must be good!

Bought this my husband last year and he loved it so much I have to buy it him every year. Has a beautiful aroma of raspberries and is lovely tasting - nicely balanced and not too sweet - it goes really well with champagne or a good quality sparkling wine - delicious. It was also a fast delivery by Spencerfield so very happy with both the cost and speed of delivery.

This is a lovely drink. Very fresh and tasty.Be aware though, that it is a 500ml bottle, NOT a 700/750ml.Also, it's 20% vol NOT your usual 40ish% like 'normal' gins.Great for a wee treat. Lovely straight. Also good added to a g+t, to give you a raspberry flavoured g+t with a wee bit extra bite to it.Definitely going to get another bottle of this sometime soon.

ive always got a bottle of this, since i ordered one in a pub and loved it, and i was charged £7.50 for one shot! the bottles great value. the taste is great, unlike some flavoured gins this one dors actually taste of raspberries. if you like gin and like raspberries you'll love this. i serve mine over ice with tonic and a few frozen raspberries, bliss

Firstly i would like to say the contents of the bottle was not an issue, the gin was great.....however.....the bottle i bought was intended as a gift and when it arrived the bottle was covered in finger marks and other sticky smudges even a hair stuck to the outside of the bottle so cleaning the bottle was necessary. Aside from that no complaints

I recently bought a bottle of Rhubarb and ginger at duty free to take on holiday and it went down so well that I really wanted to try the raspberry gin. I absolutely love it! I can't decide which flavor I like best and would definitely buy both again. I love it with tonic, ice and lemon, lovely but the bottle is going down so fast, it's too nice.
