Well, all I can really say about this game is that it is simply awesome.forget your ridge racer and your tekkens although in their own rights these are magnificent games too but moto gp has to be one of the best games I've ever played to of come out of the namco stable. With graphics and gameplay to die for with five real tracks some twenty plus real life riders and bikes to choose from this is a must have title to add to your collection. If your a superbike fan than this will just make you droole a nice quick fix arcade mode and a very challenging sim mode with some nice little challenges thrown in to boot.

Got this game yesterday and was initially impressed by the graphics especially the replays but like everyone else says, it does need more tracks. You do get certain bonus items for things like overtaking 15 riders in a race but this isn't difficult when you start from the back and there are 20 in front of you. Not sure what these are yet but looking at the other reviews I'll bet they're not hidden tracks.It's worth buying if you're a fan of racing games but fancy a change from all the driving games out there which, although varying in quality (Gran Turismo 3 for example) can be a bit samey after you've played them for several hundred hours.I would have given this five stars but for the lack of tracks,

This is a wonderful change to driving games, you can't just keep the accelerator button pressed and hope to get round those corners, no you need to apply the brakes at the right time, the whole game play is fantastic, the graphics are crisp and clear, the way the dust collects on the tyre when you come off the track and then clears when you get back onto the track, is just fine attention to detail, also the way other riders look behind them when you get close. The replay of the race has to be one of the best seen (until GT3 comes along). Overall this is a great game, the only reason it did not get five stars is the fact that only five tracks are available. A great buy overall.

Oh my, they just don't get any better than this! Get out of those tired old F1/Rally/Gran Turismo cars and get zipping along with the Repsol Honda instead! I'm still a novice at this malarky but the difficulty level hasn't put me off one iota.This game has zippy challenges to keep you on your toes, time-trials to encourage you to "Floor it" and 'Seasons' to prove that it was worth all the effort! Then sit back, put your feet up and watch some breathtaking replays - the overhead helicopter view being my personal fave!The only drawback with Moto GP is that you'll never want to play any other racing sim again!"I feel the need for speed" - Moto GP has it! BRILLIANT!!

I do not actually own a Playstation 2 console as yet. but after playing Moto GP on a friend's machine I was totally sucked in, the gameplay is excellent and the graphics are so, so smooth. The part of the game that convinced me to buy a Playstation 2 is the post race replays, they are breathtaking, it's like watching actual tv highlights, Superb!!!Go buy this game now, You will not regret it.

A supurb piece of PS2 gaming! Its fast, furious and fun. It has loads of detail, huge amounts of bikes and riders. Only let down by the number of tracks...If you have ever wanted a re-vamp of the classic "Hang-on" this is it...with steriods!!!A must buy!
