Montane's products always seem to have an edge of quality over the other top-end outdoor equipment producers. This 33 litre technical backpack is no exception to that.The packs RAPTOR Geo fabric, panel design and stitching is quality. Panel junctions, where multiple panels meet, tend to be where bags like these fail first in my experience. Montane seem to have double and triple reinforced these areas in regards to stitching as well as taken pressure away from these points with the overall design. The material itself feels and acts robust for such a light weight back. It also seems highly water resistant.The compression system in terms of straps and elastic webbing is well engineered with these systems pulling together and working as one.
