Despite being skeptical but desperate to get rid of my extra baggage, I had given this a go after reading all the positive reviews. So after using it for about a month, I am leaving a review before clicking the buy button again for this product. My waist measurement was in 29 inches when I stared using this product, but in the same time I also started going to the gym 5 times a week as well as running home from work once a week. So the result is 3 weeks after using the product, my measurement was 28 inches and today it is 27.8 inches, while my weight only drops 1 kgs during the same period of time. So I guess this product must have helped. Also want to mention instead of following the instruction to use it once daily,

I have been buying this every year for about 6 years now and plan on getting it again this year. It takes about 3-4 cm off (probably accumulated water), the last part I always struggle with in the gym or any kind of exercise

This does actually seem to work, although, as a friend pointed out, massage anything on your stomach each day and you'll see an improvement, so who knows whether it's the product or the regular massage

After seeing this on the Mio Skincare website, and trying it Im now hooked! It helped my bloated tummy and honestly can say that my tummy looks and feels less bloated and a little thinner. Yes!
