Fantastic smooth, deep and complex flavour. Great hints of vanilla and nutmeg with a lingering peach finish that isn’t too smoky like some.This is also a very popular cocktail ingredient, adding a real punch.In summary - great in its own and an equally strong cocktail ingredient for a wealth of cocktails, my favourite of which is a Spitfire - 40ml this cognac, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 15ml peace / apricot liquor, an egg white and 30ml dry white wine. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except the wine. Pour into a glass then carefully add the wine.
