I received MOH:F a week ago and must admit I havn't stopped playing it since! I havn't completed it yet but I'm actually glad that I havn't because the game is just so amazing I can't bear to think that I've got no more new adventures to embark on! This game includes everything you would want out of an action game. Fighting, suspense, ambushing, even taking rides on trains and trucks! MOH:F is very authentic, the sounds and actions of you and the enemy are brilliant. You stop to reload and try to hide so you won't get hit and then when the enemy are reloading you jump out and shoot them, amazing! The missions and objectives are challenging but not too challenging. They test your skills and weapon handling abalities and at the end of each mission it tells you if you got a bronze, silver or gold star ( gold being the best of course) If you get all golds at the end of a series of missions you get a medal!Truly this game is a must have for all war, action game fans and I'm sure you will not regret spending your money on such a jaw-dropping game!Happy gaming and good luck!

I have never been a huge fan of first-person-shooting games, especially on the PS2, but having got bored to death with playing driving games all the time I was tempted by Medal of Honour Frontline. My opinion has changed, this game is superb. Since i received it a week ago i havent stopped playing it. The opening beach level is amazing and the later levels just build on that inital impression. The game play is very smooth, the scenery is very realistic indeed and the game is very atmospheric. The weapons are great, especially the sniper rifles which have a great zoom on them so you can pick enemies of from a good distance away and there are plenty available that you can pick up so you rarely run out of ammo. The problem i had in the past was the controls a lot of this type of game use, but i found that MOH gave me a good choice of control options that suit how I play. All in all, one of the best games i have ever played, and for £15 a real bargain, and a game everyone should have in their collection.

I have over fifty games in my ps2 collection. Some of them are really excellent games (GTA: Vice city, Tony Hawk 4, Fifa 2003 etc...) but they don't even come close to this game. It's not just about pointing and shooting. It takes great skill and intelligence to manouver yourself safely around the missions. The graphics and sound are first-class and truly a realistic representation of fighting in WW2.When I completed this game I was so disapointed...I just wanted it to go on forever. Yet playing it again and again has not dampened the addictivness or excitability of this game. A true masterpeice. In responce to the review above: They did not copy of Saving Private Ryan. The D-day landings are a documented peice of history. Everything you see in this game is factual (except for the characters and plot line of course) and not copied from Hollywood fiction.

The medal of honour series is now firmly established, and this is possibly the best of the lot, with tons of atmosphere, and it could be argue this is better than the more recent rising sun, certainly the opening level is more impressive. The plot i a bit thin as you satrt as a soldier during the D-day landings but then switch to another soldier whom is involved in stopping a new German plan from being completed, to do this you must go through military bases, villages, sneak into a castle, wander through amsterdam fields, and possibly the best level (excpet for the opener) a crumbling city with tanks a plenty, the game DOES drift off towards the end, as the endless waves of soldiers gets dull, but a tough challenge and a decent amount of variety make this a great game for solo play.

Its a good game, but when I bought it, I expected there would be squad based missions. Battles in wide open places, but it turned out to be more of a James Bond. I have nothing against first person stealth games, with creeping about at night in disguise but so many have been done before! You have team mates in about 3 levels of the 19 and when you do ur ussally covering for them or sneaking into a building to destroy a radio!I haven't completed the game yet but so far I've had to sneak onto a train, run through a dutch village clearing German checpoints and rescue someone from a castle! But a good game if you no what your infor! Your on your own!(very hard)

If you thought the title was a bit random it is because many levels in medal of honor are identical to the pretty class film.this is a graphically superb war game with the advantges being the amount of fun possible to squeese out of it and it is extremely realistic to the real thing, war.but if I liked it so much why not 5 stars you might ask well, it is not a army game and as many people were dissapointed by you cannot command other allies. but the biggest disadvantge is trying to get off the top of ladders, it is past me why they made it so difficult. Still, overall a great game to own!

Not being a fan of FPS I bought this because it had such good reviews and it was also cheap on Platinum. I am now converted to FPS games. The brilliance of this game is the fact that you can run around shooting Nazis and help influence the outcome of WW2. There are some tricky sections on here which keeps your interest going and not just run straight through each mission without being killed.A brilliant FPS

I only have 2 games yet, this one and Grand Turismo3, but I already think it is a great game. I already finished it in easy mode but now I'm playing it again in normal mode and it's a lot more difficult and I still discover new things. I also like to have the other Medal of Honors to see if they are also this good. But I recommend you to buy it because it's really worth it.

From the start of this game I knew I would be playing it constantly. The backgrounds, the sound all terrific. The depth of the quality and atmosphere was a sight to behold. Defintely reccomend this game to anyone above the age of say 8 as some of the battles are a bit tricky. Cant wait for rising son.

It is a good game to play because when you are bored it's one of those games that you play to take your mind off things. I would give it a rating of five stars.
