I have nails from hell. They never seem to grow and if the do they don’t get very far and then split, flake and tear Having tried many of the so called magic growth treatments I have found that this definitely works. Whilst is not a nourishment it provides protection to get your nails off to a good start. It’s particularly helpful for damaged and weak nails. After 1 month my nails have never been better and have grown remarkably. I have also used in conjunction with other Mavala products such as the hardener and cuticle creams. Simply apply the phase1(dries quickly) then a thin coat of phase 2(the shield) and that’s it. The bottles should last a good while.

My nails are awful splitting/ridges /raggy edges. Don't want to go down the false nail / fill in/gel route. Used this a few years ago so thought I'd give it another go. Found the old bottles & used those at first (although a bit grotty / thickened) Seems to be working so bought new. Seems a bit expensive but I suppose going every few wks to have them done is more. Easy to apply & can apply coloured varnish over.I like the natural colour as it is. Getting into the habit of redoing twice a wk to keep looking good. Give it a go - don't expect immediate results- might take a wk or 2. Delivery was good & came as date said.

This stuff is absolutely brilliant! I was a nail biter and had tried using everything going to help stop, nothing has worked except this stuff. Now my nails are growing quickly and are stronger. Would happily recommend this to anyone... already have my mum and sister using it!

I’ve used this in the past and now 15 years later I’ve bought it again. It’s just as good as I remembered. Makes the nail surface stronger and smoother. I apply two coats as my nails are very thin. Phase 1 and 2, then Phase 1 and 2 again. Totally recommend this product.

I’ve had a vertical split on my thumb nail for around 18 months, tried various other nail products which didn’t work.After only 6 weeks of using Nail Shield I can see a dramatic difference to my nail. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have brittle nails that split vertically and horizontally but this product gives my nails the chance to heal and thicken and so are less brittle. I soon see the difference if I don't use it for a week or so! Thoroughly recommend.

Love Mavala. Was so pleased to find these, my nails post years of shellac and now a pandemic and nails exposed, they needed a helping hand to get back to strength. This treatment as a base protects and strengthens your nails

I've been an habitual nail-biter ever since I can remember & I'm 61 now!! I've stopped biting my nails with Mavala products!! YEAH! Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have used this product over the past 3 months and have noticed a considerable improvement in my thinning and flaking nails. I will continue to use it.
