When it comes to nail products I consider myself something of an expert and have used all the leading brands over the years, however this is one I had never tried before. There are cheaper removers on the market that are acetone free but they do not compare to this in quality. I used a little on a cotton pad and held it over each nail for a few seconds before drawing from base upwards, it removed the glitter polish I was wearing without any rubbing or the need for a second try, I also had base and top coats on.Glitter can be problematic to remove even with the top selling brands, I am genuinely impressed. My nails look and feel perfectly clean without the dreaded chalkiness some harsher chemicals can cause but better still they feel moisturised, this is a new experience for me.If you want to look after your nails this is one to invest in, the bottle contains 100 ml which may not seem a lot for the price but it goes further so will not be used up so quickly as cheaper brands who offer bigger bottles. This is definitely one I will continue to buy and I happily recommend it.

I don't think I've used a non-acetone nail polish remover before judging by how my nails felt this evening after removing several coats of red polish along with a top coat. I was impressed by how the whole nail including the skin around felt; they didn't feel dry or brittle and there was no lingering bitter scent after washing my hands. I was amazed how quickly the polish was removed - there were about 4 coats maybe 5 as I'd been too lazy to remove and reapply and had just painted over chips before applying a good top coat. So staining and no real dryness although I did still feel I needed a bit of moisturiser.I have no idea how this brand compares to others like it but I do know I liked it and I didn't need as much of the remover as I would with my normal cheap remover that includes acetone.

I've never been too choosy about nail varnish remover and have usually gone for the supermarket £1.29 job which works perfectly well and I've never worried about the acetone. However, as someone who uses nail varnish nearly every day I did wonder if this was something I should be concerned about and so was interested in testing this. The price is steep, there's no denying that. And there's not as much of it. But aside from that I was pleased with it. The smell didn't knock me out and it was very effective at removing the nail polish with a bit of extra elbow grease. Best of all it didn't leave my nails looking dry and bleached as other removers do and for that it gets 5 stars.I didn't think Iwould be convinced to spend so much more on this type of product but maybe I will...

I didn't actually realise that standard nail varnish remover was potentially harmful to nails (and skin?) but now that I know, I'm glad this product's available!I'm used to to using a Boots' own brand remover which is, to be honest, awful compared to this one. Varnish comes off quickly with the Mavala remover, with a minimal greasy feeling. So top stars from me for efficacy. The tube is well-designed, with only a small hole at the top which allows you to be very precise with how much liquid you want, and reduces the possibility of spilling. It also just looks nice! The smell is no less stronger than other nail varnish removers, but you can't have everything.

ROSA non-acetone nail polish remover is an excellent way of removing nail polish without taking much-needed hydration away from your finger nails. This is an excellent nail polish which might take a bit of extra time to remove the polish, I do not mind that as prior to using this I was using another well-known nail polish but it always left a white shadow over my nails which also left my nails dry and brittle. I felt my nails felt more conditioned and ready for other nail treatments or nail colours

Whilst being strong, this is also a super gentle nail polish remover. What I mean by that, is it has the capability to remove deep colour polishes, and double layers, but without harsh drying of the nail or the cuticle. It's also non-acetone based so less drying. For best results hold a soaked pad on the nail for 10 seconds before firmly wiping. It may need a couple of goes but it works.Well worth it.

This smells like remover - a bit like pear drops. It has a little hole in the top to squirt onto your cotton pad. This is something you actually don't see too often in removers so will give you half a chance to catch should you knock this over! This does the job nicely at removing polish and is a handy size for travelling.

I buy this remover again and again. Maybe there are stronger ones and gentler one, but this has a nice balance of "removes the polish in reasonable time and still doesn't damage my nails too much". But after it you should wash your nails with soap before nail polish - this remover leaves an oily film on the nails

This is a very effective nail varnish remover. It cleans away varnish easily with the minimum of effort. The non acetone formula is very gentle on nails and skin and hasn't dried out my nails or made them brittle. The skin around my nail has suffered no ill affects either.

This may be more expensive than your normal supersave supermarket or beauty store brand, but it is not as invasive to the nose and much more kinder to the nails and is great as are all Mavala products. Don't use any other on my nails - would highly recommend.

This nail polish remover is very kind the nails. Does not dry them out, in fact they always feel moisturised. One also only needs very little of the polish remover .

A marvellous product. Takes off the polish so easily and leaves nails really smooth and shiny. Well worth paying a little extra over other makes.

Really useful nail varnish remover which works as well as you might expect. Plenty in the bottle too and an arresting colour.
