Love Beauty and Planet Body Hydro Gel 250mlLove Beauty and Planet is not a brand that I have come across before, so it is interesting and nice to try something new and fresh.• I like the plain, simple screw top jar that is made of re-cycled materials. Products packaged in jars are so much better, as there is no wastage of the product that is inside the jar.• The label that goes all round the jar gives information (in English) about the Aims of the product, Environmental information and the all-important List of Ingredients.• This clear Body Hydro Gel has a nice texture that is easy to apply and to smooth into the skin. It absorbs and dries quickly.

I am not fully converted to this brand!I suffer from really under hydrated skin. Getting older I find that my skin just doesn't have the same plump elasticity it once had. Of course being a mum of 4 children I don't have much time to pamper myself. I bought this gel to try and repair my skin somewhat. Firstly the packaging is beautiful, i was drawn to it for its beautiful blue colour and the fact that this gel is vegan is even better! In my opinion that is a huge selling point for me. I like the fact that this is a gel and its vegan which is quite hard to find! Taking off the lid you are hit with a beautiful smell of coconut which is refreshing and beautiful. This gel is quite strange. I love the smell, which is fresh but kind of floral at the same time. It applies well, but absorbs immediately - I mean it disappears so fast that I've only done the front half of my calf before it's gone, which means I need to reapply to do the other half (with my normal creams one blob will suffice for the whole calf, so I guess I'm using twice as much with this gel). The gel absorbs so fast that the skin feels dry straight away, with no tackiness or stickiness, nothing to show that you've applied a lotion. The skin does feel soft and smooth, and doesn't feel dry, although the gel does nothing for my dry knees and elbows and I need to put normal cream on those bits.

My skin can get pretty dry but I find traditional moisturisers (thick, creamy lotions) take a while to blend in and can still feel tacky for some time after application. I was quite eager to try this body gel to see what it was like. I'm really happy I gave it a go.I found a little goes a long way and seems to blend in quite quickly and no more tacky feeling. My skin ends up feeling soft and super hydrated for a long time after application.The smell is quite simply amazing. When I first opened the jar it was maybe a little overwhelming but once it was out and on my skin it was not too strong by any means. It is such a fresh smell, not too coconut-y definitely floral.

I am inlove with this product,not only does it moisturise,smell beautiful and nourish your skin but it is also vegan.We all are constantly on the look out for products that won’t ruin the environment or add to it and this is just one product I can, hand on heart say,does it all.Coconut has always been a favourite of mine, and this did not disappoint.It’s not an overwhelming coconutty smell and it is easily absorbed into the skin.When I first applied it,it was as though my skin just sucked it all up.My legs don’t feel sticky either so I am able to immediately put my trousers on.The clear gel don’t leave streaks either.Mimosa flower is known as happiness in Chinese so i would swap my normal

This gel has almost everything going for it. Coconut water, mimosa, vegan, eco credentials and all. And it is lovely on your skin as well. Goes on very smoothly and a little goes a long way. It soaks in immediately and leaves your skin feeling soft and silky. BUT. Why, oh why, do they HAVE to put PARFUM in it - especially with it being so clean and organic and all? WHY could they not just let it smell of coconuts..? Yes, lots of people like the 'parfum' smell and it is in nigh-on everything. But to me is smells absolutely awful and gives me dreadful headaches. I had to wash the stuff off my skin straight away and now I have to give it to a family member as I just can't use it.

You will either love this Love Beauty And Planet Luscious Hydration Hydro Gel or hate it there is no half measure.You get just 250 ml of the gel, I say just 250m;because the tub falls into the trap of having a deceptively large base which is inverted so it looks like you are getting a whole lot more for your money than you actually get.It's a negative for me which is a shame because the lotion really is good.The coconut water with mimosa is really quite refreshing.If you have a few moments to pamper yourself then this lotion really will help you in that aim.The makers claim you can get 24 hours moisturization (sic) from just one application and,

Using this hydro gel for the first time and love it! It's a bit strange when you first open it as it looks a bit like hair gel but once applied it's so refreshing and cool on the skin the feeling is wonderful. The gel soaks into your skin very quickly and you dont need alot at a time as it goes a long way, it's got a lovely mimosa and coconut smell which is long lasting so much so I apply in the evening after a shower and can still smell it on my skin in the morning! I would never have thought to try a gel product as a moisturiser and I am so glad I did. This goes on beautifully, smoothly and dries relatively fast. I used this after shaving my legs and I had no irritation from it and no stinging like I have got on newly shaved legs in the past with other products. It smelt amazing and even got a thumbs up from hubbie after I came out of the bath. Really coconutty! I'm not a vegan but I would recommend this product if any of my vegan friends asked as it is a super all round moisturiser for everyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

What else can I say about this product about from WOW!!!! The fragrance is absolutely to die for, it left My skin feeling like I'd had a full facial and the wonderful fragrance lasts on your skin! I also was very pleased with how it soaked into My skin so quickly and didn't leave a sticky residue behind meaning it can be applied just before getting dressed and your clothes will not stick. I love this!! It smells gorgeous and as it’s a gel, I felt fresh and moisturised! It gave an instant cooling and soothing feeling and my skin absorbed it instantly. Sometimes with moisturising creams and lotions, I feel that it is just sitting in my pores rather than being absorbed into other layers. My skin looked instantly moisturised and radiant. I have tried the shower gel in this range and was impressed with the fragrance and the longevity of the smell.This cream also smells amazing, coconut water and mimosa flower. A small blob does the whole bottom of your leg, almost a little to much. The minute you rub into your body it feels as if there is a burst of hydration, as if you have just soaked your legs in water for hours.The smell lingers all day and is a brilliant addition to use after their body wash 5*

This Love Beauty And Planet Luscious Hydration Hydro Gel is a very lovely moisturising body lotion. It has a wonderful coconut smell that reminds me of a holiday cocktail and it soaks into the skin very easily indeed. I hadn't heard of this brand before but shall definitely be looking at the other products they make. I like the fact that it is vegan, ethically produced and comes in a jar made from recycled material. A fantastic product and brand.

A very nice all over body super hydro gel which feels lovely massaging in and leaves skin feeling cool and lightly hydrated. It's not the most nourishing-feeling body gel in the world as it absorbs fairly quickly but the smell is quite nice with a noticeable but not overpowering coconut scent with mimosa. It smells a little more like synthetic coconut smell slightly but I like that it's actually all natural ingredients and vegan friendly.

Let me just say that this tub is really huge for a body care product! The size is definitely a big bonus point as i seem to run out of the like products really quickly. I've never used a body gel before but it's so lush - smells nice, has a great texture and is fast absorbing. Most importantly it's a vegan friendly and cruelty free product, with natural ingredients.
