Good sound quality, adjustable mic that can be worn on either side. The headset feels well made, I prefer mono headsets but a lot of the ones available on amazon feel very plasticy and poorly built. I like the flat wire, and the controls on the wire are rubbery and work well. The comfort on the mic ear itself is good- nicely padded. I also like the zipped carry bag that comes with the headset, which helps to protect the headset and keep it untangled whilst travelling, or just clean and tidy when you're not using it.Unlike other mono headsets I have had- this one often gets stuck in my hair when I try to take it off quickly! The 'off' ear (not sure what to call it?)

I've had these for four months now, so this is more than just 'first impressions'. The sound quality from the microphone on Zoom calls and webinars is really good. Although the audio quality from the earpieces isn't so important, I have no complaints there either. The in-line controls are useful, especially muting the microphone for a cough, and the headset itself isn't distracting visually to other participants on Zoom calls and webinars.The flat cable doesn't fall as smoothly as I expected, but nothing I can't live with. The headset is light and doesn't move much in use, but the earpieces don't quite lie flat against my ears so when first putting them on they feel a bit uncomfortable.

Of all the headsets I have used to date for video conferencing, Skype etc. this are my 'go to' headset. The ear cups are comfortable even when wearing for prolongued periods, though like any headset, eventually you will be glad to take them off. The sound is extremely good and I am told by others that my voice is transmitted with great clarity. Even when there is noise around me, this headset is very effective at cancelling it out, so that it is not transmitted along with my voice. I use Windows 10 on a variety of PC's and laptops and the operating system had no issues finding the device and loading the appropriate driver software,

I purchased the Logitech H650e a month ago for working from home purposes and first impressions are very positive. Only time will tell on the durability aspect.My work headset is a cheap mono brand, but settled on the stereo Logitech version and glad I did. If I want to listen in mono then I merely lift the right earpiece behind or above my ear as they're so light. The cable is 2.2 meters which was also a deciding factor as my base unit is a little remote from my desk.The call quality has been consistently high over Skype for Business which is my main method of communication when at home.I like this headset, a lot.

I have surround sound on my PC so I needed a headset which would allow me to communicate with my friends / team without being cutoff from my surround sound by having a stereo headset. This is my solution.Chat from my team is crisp, clear and easily loud enough.I've had absolutely no complaints about the quality of my voice from any team members or friends.So far I've used it for TeamSpeak, Ventrilo, Skype and VOIP in the following games with no issues whatsoever:Battlefield 4, Insurgency, Squad, ARMA 3, GTAV, CSGO and many others.

I've marked these down from 5 stars because they are not as nice as the Jabra sets that we get at work, but they are nowhere near as expensive either! The build quality isn't the best (the on-wire control seam has opened up at one corner on mine after only a month). The sound quality is good enough. They don't quite sit on my ears because the ear-pads don't change angle as much as they could.

I ordered these because I was getting some feedback when using zoom or Microsoft teams with my first pair and wasn't sure if it was my lap top or my earphones. The first thing I noticed was how much better and clearer the sound quality is and although I only got them yesterday, I've had several zoom meetings with no feedback or background hissing so I'm very pleased with them.

Very nicely made headset, with excellent voice quality - many callers have commented on the improvement in voice quality. I also use these with Dragon Naturally Speaking and they have improved the recognition speed and accuracy. Also love the flat, quite solid cable and volume controls.

Good quality, durable, flexible.Plug and play with a pc. No drivers needed.Really comfortable and can be worn for long durations. Mic sound quality is good.Nice travel bag, was not expecting this so thumbs up.

Cuts out ambient noise - very effective. I had a conference call on short notice while still in a noisy coffee shop, and was quite concerned the quality would be unworkable. To my amazement, they worked a charm!

A high-quality headset, as all other Logitech items that I have.The flat cable happens to be a bit uncomfortable to handle and the carrying bag could have been made of a lighter material.

Brilliant sound quality, very comfortable (I spend 5-6 hours with them on in one go). Was told that the sound coming through the in-built mic is great too. Love the long cable!

Fantastic headset for the office, works well ony windows 10 laptop will all the usual web conference solutions.

No issues at all with setting up this headset, just plug and play. Good for Skype and Teams
