I bought this just about a week ago and thought it would be a hard set up but firstly I needed a box which would work with my TV as it seemed they don’t all do that. I chose this one because of the reviews and the number of stars coupled with the offer price and it was to replace my 10 year old one. Well I wish I’d done it sooner ! It was easy to sort out and make work, its sound is excellent and as my husband is hard of hearing I don’t have to have the volume up to loud either. The down side if there is any is that there is nothing to show how loud it’s on like my last one so I didn’t often have that above number 4 but this one is easy to control and you can easily hear the difference.

i bought this relatively cheap soundbar for my playstation and boy does it preform good the cinema mode has enough bass and the sound from the 6 speakers is really good.its easy to setup compared to alot of branded soundbars.bluetooth is quick to pair and The remote is easy too.i use a digital optical cable to my bar and my games have never sounded so good. I gove this soundbar 7 out of 10 .it woild be a 10/10 if the option to change tge sound via a graphic equaliser was on as this only has 2 main options and dolby .other than this small thing i love the product ! For the price of this product u cant go wrong u wont be dissapointed

We bought this in the hope of making speech more clear when watching tv. Many modern programs seem to drown out the speech behind music and sound effects spoiling the whole experience. This sound bar transformed our enjoyment of tv and it is easy to follow every word while watching programs and films. It is a snug fit under the tv and takes up minimal space and is unobtrusive. Plenty of volume if needed and setup took seconds, fortunately we read the previous reviews and ordered an optical lead from ebay which arrived same day as the sound bar. Result.

This is a perfect front speaker to go with your LG TV; the cinema mode makes the sound better than the regular output. I think they've oversold the quality of overall sound (although you can make the volume quite high). I played from my phone via Bluetooth and first of all the Bluetooth connection was not the best and the sound quality is generally not great. Get this for your TV, but don't consider it as a stand-alone speaker for music playing - if you want a speaker for music there are better.

It "does what it says on the tin". Decent sound quality and volume for its price, but I just use it in office with an external monitor which itself has the sound quality of a set of Poundland earphones. Good value for money but if you are heavily into home cinema etc, maybe you need to spend more. Sadly does not come with an AV jack cable - but most users will probably us Bluetooth or other connectivity, but for someone old fashioned like me.... you just need to buy one for another few quid..

Connected to my LG TV which gives you the option of having the internal speaker and soundbar on at the same time.The specification is what you would expect for the price, it improves the sound quality but lacks the more advanced features of higher priced products. Lacks base and is limited in volume for a large room. But for my size living room and the volume I require it hits the spot. Well made and easy to set up. You will need an optical cable as this is not supplied.

It has great, high quality sound, amazing for this prize (around 70 GBP). Design is really cool, looks very good. I had only two problems with, wich can be solved, but it costs time and extra money: it's NOT wall mountable, so it needs a shelf for (15 GBP), and in the box bought from Argos were absolutely no cables included. So you have to buy either an optical cable (2-5 GBP) or a USB-cable (few Pounds).

I bought this after my old soundars subwoofer blew. There for my old soundbar has no bass. This new LG model is even better sound quality than my old one when it was working. Its brilliant for clear voice programs like soaps and documentarys. Music doesn't sound that bad as well. For the price point it's an excellent upgrade from normal TV speakers. It's looks brilliant underneath our new LG 4k UHD TV.

as with all new TVs it seems appropriate to invest in a sound bar and I’m 100 percent glad that I did. The LG sound bar is not only a slim and stylish looking piece of technology but the sound is top quality and so easy to set up either through Bluetooth or optical cable and I would highly recommend using optical cable. Would most definitely recommend this product 1000 per cent

Love it the sound quality is great, don’t need a subwoofer really for a bedroom the sound is nice especially on music channels, and movies. My only issue is I think they should include a cable to put to the audible connection on tv, the speaker is no good without this it doesn’t work. My advice is to buy the cable now before getting it, or buy them together.

I got fed up with my old system failing to start up with the tv, and the speakers in the tv hardly changed from level 30 to 100! Got this little beauty plugged it in connected optical cable turn on the tv sound sync (LG) and job done. Looks good sounds great. Play music from iPad or iPhone through itusing Bluetooth. Great piece of kit fully recommended!

I already have an LG soundbar with a bass box which is awesome, this one hasn't got the separate bass box but as it was for a bedroom I wanted a soundbar with it built in. I wasn't sure how it would compare but I have to say this soundbar is great. Really good quality sound and a decent amount of bass. Very impressed.

Looks great and osound is good with a good bass with music through my phone on bluetooth and could change tracks with the remote control however have not used it on tv has have had to order a optical lead has one is not supplied with the soundbar so will have to wait and see how it works with tv in a few days

Very pleased with this soundbar, fits my new 40" TV perfectly; good sound quality on both standard and cinema options, and you can use the volume control on Virgin remote too which is handy. Nice piece of kit for those of us on tighter budgets. Bit fiddly to put in the optical cable but otherwise a good buy.

+: Very nice sound, easy to connect and to manage-: no wall mounting, no cables in box at all, I had to buy a shelf and an optical cable by myself (extra costs between 10 - 20 Pound!), no tv remote controll connectivity with some brands like Hisense, need to be used the own soundbar remote
