In jeans,I remember when Levi's would outlast the wearer,not the other way around.Then it was,I think,an all American product,nowadays most everything is made in the developing economies,stone/acid washes are the norm,and I think the quality has fallen.Of course to many,this is something they've never known,the supertough Levi's that practically stood up on their own,you had to wear them in the bath to shrink them to fit......happy memories,blue bath to clean!So I wondered about this,before plunging.I have a denim jacket,unlined.And a lined one,the other famous make.But liking my denim,in fact wearing little else these days(and a shirt costs more than this)I plunged.And am satisfied,too.Faux

Looks great; I bought the Medium Black Sherpa jacket and really liked it. It's a good mix of casual and semi smart, depending on how you layer it and wear with it. As others have commented also - it is nice and cosy to wear.Unfortunately, I found it fits a bit small.I'm 6ft1", slim build, broad shouldered with a 32" waist. I found the arms to be too short and it to be too tight across the chest.The hem has popper buttons which allow you to make the bottom of the jacket fit tighter, which gives a good fit for slim body shapes. The jacket is supposed to sit on the waist, length wise, which is worth bearing in mind if you are of a tall stature.Unfortunately I had to return mine as the medium was

Purchased this for my husband as a Christmas gift. My husband is a true male triangle shape. Thick neck, broad shoulders, thicker in the upper arm area, a wide chest, a semi bigger round tummy and small waisted/slim hips. He usually wears a 1X for shirts and T shirts excreta but after reading other comments about the fit for the upper arms and chest area I decided to order a 2X. It fits his upper torso perfectly with enough room to wear a sweater or hoodie comfortably and be able to work. Arm and torso length perfect fit as well. But in my opinion the waist part is a little to big even when he pulls the waist tabs into the smallest fitting snaps....LOL...typical guy he says it's fine.

I love wearing this jacket. Fits perfectly in the body but sleeves are a bit too short and narrow possibly due to thick lining. I am normally an off-the-shelf large being 6'2" slim proportionate build. This is a snug fit when wearing a shirt or polo but can't wear a typical winter jumper under it with any comfort. I was tempted to go for the XL but the body would probs then be too big to hang nicely, so I live with the tight short fit in the arms cos it looks so good over a regular shirt/T which is how I normally wear it. Have to say I tried a NEXT one on the other day and the Large was absolutely perfect fit on me, but not as nice a jacket as this LEVIS one.

I own several Levi products, so I feel well equipped to offer an opinion on these trucker jackets.1) My jacket has a red tab with no Levi branding. This isn’t a fake, it’s a trademark retention tool used by Levi. There’s plenty videos on YouTube if you’re unsure.2) weight is similar to other jackets I’ve bought in Levi stores in Ireland, which signifies authenticity.3) price is unbeatable compared with price comparison on Levi. This jacket retails at €140. I picked up mine by €66.4) Quality: threads in my jackets are fine & the jacket is warm. All buttons are Levi & so is the inner stitched tag.Look, if you care about the Levi’s tab that much, go and buy this jacket on the Levi website for x2 price.

Lovely, quality jacket. Nice and warm. Looks as good as the photos, if not better. Colour is pretty accurate.As far as sizing goes, I am 6'2 slim, long arms, with fairly broad shoulders/chest. The Large fits me almost perfect, Medium would be too small and XL definitely way too big (I have tried the XL on). Length is perfect for me, and i don't want this style of jacket to be overly long anyway. Hangs lovely with just a t-shirt and a shirt underneath, room for a light hoodie too in the peak winter months. Again, this jacket is quite warm on its own. The only nitpick is the sleeves could do with being just a couple of centimetres longer for optimal fit for my body,

A great looking jacket; casual and comfortable.I would say the jacket fits true to size. I can fit into medium and large but would recommend sizing down for a snug fit or your normal size if you want to layer.The jacket feels well made and has all the markings of a genuine levi jacket (tab in the right place, buttons, internal labels etc) and there are a good selection of colours. I couldn't decide which I wanted so ordered the miracle sauce and mayze blue; the MS looked really nice but just a little too pale and I was worried it would stain easily so I returned it. The MB is great, the classic mid blue colour you imagine when you think of a Sherpa jacket.The price was excellent too if you catch it at the right time.

I'm giving this jacket 5 stars as the quality is awsome . BUT .. sizing is a big problem .So I am 6'3" and a 50" chest . I went by the sizing chart and ordered a XXXL thinking it would fit . When it arrived it was like a tent ! I could put the right side under my left armpit . I measured it armpit to armpit and come up at 32" inches which would make it 64" chest .Based on this I returned it and ordered an XL .When this arrived I could button it up but was a little bit to snug so returned it and went for a XXL which was a perfect fit with enough room ror a hoodie underneath. I did end up returning it for a 3 time as it had the R Tag and not the Levis tag . I wanted the tag to have the brand on it .

Definitely the genuine article, no doubts, at half the price. Great jacket in all respects BUT order size up. I am 6 ft 2 ins, 15st 8 ib, 45 ins chest and my usual XL bit too tight, 2XL was perfect. A very oldskool denim jacket with quality borg lining in body and collar, quilted lining in sleeves, great !!!UPDATE:: Bought a second one in different colour as price amazing, definitely the real deal, comfy and warm2nd UPDATE: Possibly some size labelling issues, bought a third, black roadster, still ace but whereas my previous two jackets in XXL were perfect fit, this XXL was way too big, easy return so now weighting for XL to arrive.

I already owned the Levis Trucker jacket but wanted a warmer (sherpa) jacket for this time of the year. Dropped enough hints snd got the black one for Xmas. Like the Trucker jacket, you need to size up. Im usually small/medium and medium was perfect for me - not too small and not big. The black one has black collars which looks much better than the cheap copies with white collars that every other student seems to be wearing! The grey one is really nice too but I like the black ones best. Remember - size up! My brother has a bit of a belly so he needed Large which was fine for him!

At last I've found the right size ??, I'm 6ft 180-190lb give and take, I've tried a couple now and way way too small,i read the reviews and took them into account, but the problem is we are all different shapes and sizes, also we all wear our clothes in our own style,this jacket i want to wear a hoodie under, jumper, so I was not looking for something tight, slightly baggy,loose fit, and 3xl done the job, perfect fit for me,as i said we are all very different, trial by error with online shopping, happy hunting and i hope you find the perfect jacket, it's out there lol

I ordered the medium type III sherpa jacket.The quality and feel of the material are excellent. The outer jacket is denim, and the inner lining is wool. Temperature regulation is great and is suitable for both fall and summer weather, buttons are excellent quality and the pockets are spacious and plentiful.I am 5,7 and weigh 185lbs (although I'm usually between 140-165lbs)I exchanged the medium size for a small as the sleeves went past my wrists and the jacket went past my waist. I'm hoping the small will fit better and I will update this review when it arrives.

Fit my son perfectly I had to go up a size because he's usually a medium I noticed that the jackets that are made in China are of much better quality than the ones in Bangladesh but you must always go up a size or two, as for the Chinese are smaller sizes, the ones that are made in Brazil are also great quality but the size is off--- always smaller, jackets that are made in Bangladesh are thinner denim but the right size. I remember in the old days that the denim levis b6rand was much thicker and would take months to break in.

I ordered this jacket for 2 reasons the 1st being that a lot reviewers here write that the Levi's jeans offered here on Amazon are not genuine the second reason was because these jackets are going at such a ridiculously low price here. These jackets do seem to be genuine Levi's you can always tell by the quality, genuine Levi's jeans & jackets are always made from the very best cotton. I am very happy with my purchases especially at such low price. I will be buying more when I can afford to lol.

I would definitely recommend this jacket, especially at the price. As with all Levi's products it's amazing quality and I can tell it'll last me for years. For those concerned about comments stating the jackets are fake, I was concerned too, but decided to take the chance since there are free returns I had nothing to lose. I can confirm after comparing it to my other Levi's clothing, there's no doubt in my mind that the jackets are genuine Levi's, and well worth the money.
