This A Series Of Unfortunate Events Game Is Quite Good Comparing Based On A Book Series and DVD. Though When You Get To Aunt Josephine's House And Have To Fight Olaf's Henchmen To Get The Grammer Books You May Well Get Annoyed Like Me.The Rest Of The Game Is Pretty Good And Challenging. Even Though I Know The Story I Still Find This Part Endless. This Is The Story The Three Baudelairs(Violet, Klous And Sunny)Stand On Briny Beach And Get Told Their Parents Died In A Fire. Then They Live With Their Sinister Uncle Count Olaf. Then He Trys To Kill Them Because If They Die He Gets Their Fortune Because He Is Their Guardian.

The game on PS2 is based on it's movie and book by Lemony Snickit. The game allows you to play as the three Baudelaire children: Violet an inventor in the making; Klaus, a great reader who remembers everything he reads and young Sunny who has four very sharp teeth.In the game you follow the children as they travel to three gaurdians, Count Olaf, an evil and very bad actor,Uncle Monty, who is a reptile maniac and Aunt Josephine who is self consious about everything.Through each level, the children have to overcome different obstacles using homemade inventions created by Violet using homemade materials.With each of the childrens individual talents, outwit the evil count Olaf. I did not particuarly enjoy the movie. However I have to say this is a really good game for both younger and older! I prefer games that are not too hard, like this, it is inbetween, therefore if you are like me and are into those that are like that, definitely go for this!It mainly consists of the characters of course in an adventure mainly through the house.(sounds pretty boring but it is actually really fun)and you collect stuff onthe way, to achieve new things to go on further.Well i will not say anymore:) But I never found one game that I did actually complete before this, as I find a lot of games too boring! But this is just far from it! It is story all the way through also,

There is no doubting this playstation 2 game is of very smooth running style with clever takes from the movie itself. The gameplay is very good and the fact that yoou can switch between the three orphans in the game is a nice touch. Another good thing about this game is the very original inventions that violet (the oldest of the three) makes. However one downside to this game is it is a bit repetetive as it is all basically finding things and thinking of what to do with them to break out of the various guardians houses that these children have been taken to due to their mother and father dieing in a fire.All in all a good game though and i would suggest it for the younger gamer.

I think A Series of Unfortunate Events on PS2 is a good game in most ways. You start off at Count Olaf's house trying to get rid of the rats and spiders, and then you do some stuff in the middle, and then try to escape! After that you are in Dr. Montgomery's care trying to defeat Count Olaf again but he is in disguise. Then you go to Aunt Josephine's house near Lake Lachrymose.I would recommend this game to people aged 13 and under, as it's a bit easy for over 13s. It isn't a very long game all in all, but it takes a long time to solve some of the mind-blowing puzzles.

I defo recommend money well spent its for all ages and follows the story of the movie well can be a tad hard every now and then for youngens but is rewarding simple game can be completed in a few hours if u like the film you will enjoy this so not a bad little game but if u get stuck from time to time it can be a little repetitive/tedious but thats about it as complaints go.

This game has good graphics, and is quite addictive.however i would recommend that it is a little to easy for 14+ year olds
