This has just arrived and I was a little disappointed. I already own the 22cm round casserole and thought somehow this would be slightly bigger (as the description is 25cm) but it looks smaller. Also as this is oval and not round I am concerned that certain foods will not fit as well in this casserole and that I will not get more in it which is what I had hoped. The description states that it serves 4 persons so only time will tell but at least I only paid £65 rather than the current price of £130. At least I know that these casserole dishes are great to use both on my induction hob and in the oven.

A very useful size, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a small chicken or stew for 3 or 4 people. Lovely neutral colour, tones well with other colours and sits beautifully with my other larger casserole in Coastal Blue.

I have Le Creuset and it has never let me down. I bought this as a gift for someone. The pots just improve with age and last a lifetime.
