From the outset I wish to say that this is a fantastic product. It is ideal for anyone looking to revisit the Kingdom Hearts series, as it contains every game released to date on consoles and handhelds. It is the perfect collection for anyone looking to get up to speed with the story before playing Kingdom Hearts 3. It is also perfect for any JRPG or Action RPG fan. It is worth noting that if you already own the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix and the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue collection, this is not worth buying as it contains NOTHING NEW that is not already contained in those collections. In fact, this product is merely the two discs of those collections rolled into one package with a different cover on the front. The content itself is all the same. However, if you have been looking to jump into the series, it is much more efficient to purchase this over the other two collections themselves as it works out a lot cheaper. As for the product itself, it is a collection of every Kingdom Hearts title to date spread across two discs. Some of the games have been reworked from the handheld systems to be playable on your PS4, however, it is also worth noting that some of these games could not be adapted for console play due to specific mechanics which are unique to the handheld systems where they originally appeared on. For example, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days was originally released on the Nintendo DS and made heavy use of the stylus feature which is not present on PS4. Instead of reworking the entire game, a 3 hour cinematic of the story was put together as a replacement. Therefore you will not experience the way the game was originally released. All games on these collections are the final versions released respectively. Disc one is the meatier of the two, as it contains 4 full games and 2 cinematic adventures. This includes the two main entries in the series, namely Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 (in their final mix versions. Disc two contains 2 games and 1 cinematic adventure. I will not go into the details of each and every game as there is way too much to cover.Overall, for the price of this product, you are getting hundreds of hours worth of content on the entire catalogue of Kingdom Hearts titles, all with trophy support and updated or upscaled visuals. There is plenty to get through and this is the ultimate collection for any long time fan, or anyone looking to catch up before delving into Kingdom Hearts 3.

SKIP TO END FOR QUICK PROS AND CONS:This is an excellent collection for those looking to catch up with previous games before playing Kingdom Hearts 3. There are a lot of story and lore points included in Kingdom Hearts 3 without an understanding of events in all of the previous games. This collection includes 2 previous game collections, these being Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue. These were previously released as separate £30 (RRP) games. This collection however contains the exact same discs from both of these so you will not miss out on anything buy buying this instead of the 2 separately. This collection contains all previous games in the series (with the exception of Kingdom Hearts 3)as full HD remasters apart from 358/2 days and re: coded. These were originally DS games and are instead included as HD remastered cut-scenes only which is a shame as it would be nice to play these as full games on a home console. Apart from that this is an excellent package.Pros:- Contains all previous games in the series (except Kingdom Hearts 3)- 2 game collections for the price of 1- Excellent Remasters- Fun series of GamesCons:- 358/2 days and re: coded only included as remastered cut scenes not full gamesOverall I strongly recommend this collection as it is a good place for new players to start, containing almost all Kingdom Hearts games, and also good for series veterans who haven't picked up all the remasters yet. A really fun series of games.

My friend told me I had to play all of these games in order to understand the storyKingdom Hearts: fun game but make sure you level up and farm stat increasing items unlike I did n had a terrible timeRechain of memories: not great, gave up on it and watched the cutscenes in youtubeKingdom hearts 2: legit the best dang videogame, combat is ace and stuff really gets wildKingdom hearts 358/2 days: it’s a movie so make sure you have like 5 hours to spareBirth by sleep: a prequel of sorts, you play 3 seperate storylines that intertwineRe:coded: didn’t bother with it but the next game goes over it’s events anywayDream drop distance: fun game, again make sure to level up as much as you can while playing through both characters paths. This one also recaps every game in the series in case you forgot Somthing in the messBirth by sleep 0.2: a fragmentary passage: originally a tech demo for KH3 ( or so I’m told) this game is super short and focus on the characters in birth by sleepBack cover: another movie that goes super far back to the beginningThere’s some games that arnt all that but it’s worth sticking through em to really appreciate the good stuff this series has to offer

I've owned the mainstream games before, 1 + 2 for the PlayStation 2, then again the same for the PS3 when they were revamped. But this has been the best I've ever bought, not only does it have the mainstream games but it has all the others from other gaming consoles I never owned, all with updated graphics for the PS4. The graphic changes aren't massively noticeable as it's a cartoon style game but it's nice to play them on current gen, it's also nice to be able to play the full story and fill in the gaps I missed before in the story.Disc 1:Kingdom Hearts Final Mix (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (Lengthy movie made outof cutscenes - No actual gameplay)Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded (Lengthy movie made out of cutscenes - No actual gameplay)Disc 2:Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage - (Fully playable game)Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover (Lengthy movie made out of cutscenes - No actual gameplay)

This collects almost everything in HD up til Kingdom Hearts 3. It has both discs previously released on PS4 but in one case. However if you don't already know not all the titles included are the full games. Some are just cinematics. It was worth it for me to get the HD versions of KH 1+2 and everything else was a bonus.Only real downside is if your completely new to the series the plot can be hard to grasp. My advice is don't think about it too much and watch a recap on YouTube afterwards.

These games have aged. They're hard to understand. They're cringy. You can't believe Disney signed off on them. You will be dumbstruck by the premise and dialogue. The worlds will make you feel claustrophobic almost, like there's no life in them and no escape. There's a certain charm to them, you could play them just to see how bad they are for yourself. I can't write a decent enough review for all the games in one right here.

I hadn't played it yet since I've been busy but it's always there when I have time to have a trip down memory lane before Kingdom Hearts III. I'm aware some games (358/2 Days, Re:coded and Back Cover) are movies showing scenes of the games. Since I already had the games on PS3 but they are not compatible with PS4. With this, I can play them again on PS4.Thank you so much.

I started the Kingdom Hearts series back on PS2 and lost track of where I had played up to, this is a fantastic way of getting back into the story right from the beginning with all the parts together to complete the first 2 sections of the story.Perfect as i'm looking forward to starting KH3

Great value for money, with all the content in this DVD it will keep you entertained all the way through isolation. Great graphics and movies cut out all the boring game play and just leave you with action packed fun gameplay. Fun for all ages! Brilliant!

As a huge fan of kingdom hearts this is the best thing that ever happened. All the games that weren't released on playstation now bundled into one purchase for your ps4. Also includes the film. Well worth the money.

Great compilation of some of my favourite games ever, knocking a star off for the lack of a proper remake of 358/2 days. I'd highly recommend picking up a DS and a copy of that game if you can as it's marvelous.

Excellent. Simply excellent. I am not sure why there is any complaint at all.Exactly as described, came on time.Definitely worth the purchase for any kingdom hearts fan dying to relive their nostalgia <3

This is literally the whole of Kingdom Hearts (excluding III) over 2 discs - lots of fantastic gaming to be had. Nice smooth gameplay and excellent graphics, majorly appealing to Disney fans like myself.

21.4.2019

Classic ps2 games remastered for ps4 and boy did they do a good job they look fantastic smooth 60fps all they time (except for the fmv which are designed to run at 30fps),

Got this for me and my fiance to play while in quarantine. It is fun but difficult in parts. I enjoyed the Disney elements but not the Japanese elements to be honest
