As confirmed WOK users both my husband and I would say this is the best we have ever had over 30 years. Ordered urgently as a replacement for a damaged (lining pealing) fairly new wok we have just cooked a Chinese New Year feast for 7 friends and this wok was a pleasure to use. Cleans easily with just a wipe for most things but a quick hot dip and a rub (after sticky noodles and vegetables were left whilst we had the duck pancakes!). Also the flat base made it super stable although, with a 5 position hob, we did have to watch where the handles were to ensure they didn't burn over other burners. Ken Hom rocks.

Did not realise just how huge it was when I ordered it but wanted a bigger wok for batch cooking and despite being overwhelmed initially by the size it has definitely come.in handy, I can finally move food around in it without cooking in smaller batches

NIce Wok, plenty of capacity in this 36cm size.Two handles to make life a little easier on the wrist. My only negative on this is that the Non-stick properties are not what I expected from something of this price.Definitely a recommendation though

Great pan but noticed that the black coating is starting to chip off the base. The cooking surface is OK. Noticed that the handle isn't entirely heat resistant and can become quite hot. Overall it's great value for the money.

Bought both 20cm and 28cm Woks April 2016. I use mine on a ceramic hob, don't use metal utensils or scourers and I soak and wash by hand using cloth or sponge. Signs of use but both still going okay.

Very good quality wok, much better than the green label. The glass lid that comes with that wok, fits here too. This wok with that lid is the envy of all my Asian friends!

love this wok.. good quality, not too heavy, easy clean, generous size which is great for cooking larger quantities of food..

Good sized wok. Had it for 2 years and only a few scratches to the non stick. Best way to clean is to soak it straight away.

I'm very pleased with my new wok - It arrived on time, in excellent condition and works extremely well on my Induction Hob

We looked at other more expensive alternatives but are very happy with our choice. It's a great quality product.

Satisfyingly substantial. Has worked perfectly so far. This replaced a Ken Hom wok we have used for many years.
