This is a beautiful high quality bit of kit. It is so much better than the anodised aluminium pan it replaced. You can heat it red hot ready for searing without any issues around warping. Being cast iron it hold the heat wonderfully. Every steak cooked to perfection so far! It is of course a fairly heavy piece of equipment and you need to use a cloth as the handles get very hot so may not be for everyone but it definitely is for me.
