I made a chicken and black bean stir fry for 4 on this. I found the wok held its heat well and didn't need to use a lot of oil. It is very easy to use and one of the better woks I have had over the years. Well balanced when cooking due to the flat base. I did find the front lifting handle of the wok became very warm though. Although it is dishwasher safe, I washed it with warm soapy water and dried it with paper towel. All in all, a delicious meal from a well made wok. I really like this wok it’s quite light and easy to use. It heated up quite quickly and didn’t have the food sticking to the bottom of it. I used it on an electric cooker and i found that I didn’t have to use too much oil either which is great for the healthy eaters. The handle was long enough making it easy to toss the food. I received this wok a couple of weeks back and I have already used it quite a few times. It is lighter that I was expecting and so, quite easy to use. The second handle makes it even easier to use during cooking, washing, everything! I have made stir fries, noodles, fish even an omelette and everything turned out delicious. I’m always looking for great pans and pots that are durable- this is exactly just that. The pan itself is heavy and sturdy. I’ve cooked three meals in it so far and it still looks brand new. It also doesn’t burn the food which is great. It’s non stick surface is actually non stick and easy to clean which again made it even better to use! Overall fantastic. Excellent carbon steep light weight wok ideal for stir frying at high temperatures and suitable to use on most hob types including ceramic, gas, induction and electric.Ideal weight too not too heavy and easy hold handle for when you need to gently shake and stir.Great quality non stick wok that’s great to use to cook for the whole family too. Using Kenhom Nonstick Carbon steel Wok for a couple of weeks now. It really doesn’t stick, you don’t need to use much oil just half spoon or none. Your stir fry gets yummy fried taste not burned. After you add sauce to your dish it keep cooking all over.Cleaning is very easy. Ken Hom Carbon steel Wok is my new best friend in kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This wok is great, especially for cooking those larges dishes. Having the small handle on the other side is really helpful especially when it’s full and quite heavy it evens the load. Non stick works great and allows you to chuck around the contents easily with it being a deep wok. Would definitely get another of these pans. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is a great wok, especially as it can be used on our induction hob. The base is thin, so it gets hot very quickly- perfect for stir fries. I really like the feel and look of this pan made large enough for a 2 person meal I would get a larger one for a family. It has 2 layer non-stick surface, so no need to prove the pan. I just cleaned it in hot soapy water and started using it.

Bought as a present for my girlfriend, who didn't want a cast iron wok due to the time and effort involved with its maintenance. Had no complaints from her, and after we've eaten it just goes straight in the dishwasher. Simple.

A great wok! Good weight, heat distribution is good. Non stick is great so far. The underside does scratch quite easily on my gas hob metalwork, that’s the only negative I’ve noticed. Ideal size for two people.

Never known a pan get food so hot!. Good wok . Only thing i dont lime is the small handle on the oppoite side of the main handle as it prevents you using another pan directly next to it.
