Fits the Rio 180 perfectly and is as good as expected from Juwel. Since been renamed to Eccoflow which caused a little confusion when trying to find the right filter mechamism I needed, so you might want to be aware of this.The cheapest price I saw when first looking for this product along with free next day delivery being a Prime member so my fishies didn't have to wait long to get their filer working again.However I will point out that this product was supplied with a two pin plug, so you'll need to either order a 2pin to 3pin uk adaptor (like you use for a shaver or toothbrush) along with this,

I bought this to replace a burnt out pump on an old Jewel RIO 180. Although Jewel have changed the design of the pump recently (and the way it attaches within the filter box), this pump still fits. The pack also contains some extras (a small brush to clean the impeller housing and a rubber seal which attaches to the removable pump exit tube). The only downside is that it comes with a continental plug (hence only getting four stars). It wasn't a big problem for me my tank was originally purchased on the continent. Thus my original pump also had a continental plug. I could imagine, however, that most UK buyers would quite reasonably want a UK plug if purchasing this item from the UK.

Increased both flow and filtration in my densely planted Rio 180 (Bioflow 3.0) a lot over the stock eccoflow 600 pump. I find this solution more esthetically pleasing compared to an extra flow pump at the opposite side of the tank, even though it's probably a little less effective in terms of flow and certainly more expensive.The pipes of the stock and new pump assembled together make a long enough extension to get the outflow away from the taller plants in the back of the tank.If you only need a little flow/filtration bump, an eccoflow 1000 impeller will fit in the eccoflow 600 pump and can be had for less than 1/2 compared to the price of a whole Eccoflow 1000 pump.

My small ten year old Juwel tank was flagging a bit and the flow from the pump didn’t appear to be quite doing the job. Well ten years is a long time, so I went for this replacement. It was very easy to fit and there was an obvious difference once I switched it on. The fish are clearly happier and the tank clearer. If this pump last me another ten years then I’ll be very happy indeed. A quality pump from Juwel!

This is the quietest and most effective filter pump I've ever owned. Once I installed it, I had to check if it was working because it was making no noise, but then I placed my hand in front of the outlet nozzle and there was excellent flow. The price was excellent too. My nearest aquarium shops were selling this product for £50 and £55, so getting this for £40 is a steal. Highly recommended.

Nearly a perfect fit Juwel have changed the position of the wire on the pump so a slot has to be cut for filter lid too close flat but ive had the tank for 16 years so have to expect change fish now happy again. Pump came with 13amp UK plug and a host of adaptors to fit Juwel tanks was delivered on next day Saturday and was fitted in minutes.

Good replacement for our Vision 180 tank, which, with a built in filter and it being quite old I was a bit concerned about getting a new part when the old pump died. This comes with the necessary parts to fit old and new type filters. Lead's a decent length too; longer than the original. Quiet, but basically the same as its predecessor.

A replacement for an Eccoflow 500 which was an OE fitment in a 125 ltr tank. The 600 illustrates how much more suited to the tank the more powerful pump is by the way the filters now do a much better job of keeping the water clean. Aeration is much better too so, for the extra £4 above the cost of a 500, this is by far the better pump.

Arrived on time and as described. I haven't fitted new pump yet, but 7 year old pump is beginning to give me trouble, so got this for when it packs up. It's flow rate is a lot more than the old pump and supposed to use less energy, it looks a lot easier to clean than the previous pump.

Improvement on previous 600 pump, with this one the propeller unit is removable and cleanable (even supplied with mini- brush!)Two types of fitting base provided , I had to change-over to fit my Vision 180. Comes with 2 year guarantee.

Bought to replace a faulty Juwel pump in my Rio 195. This is the next model up than the one that came with my tank but I feel that it’s better to have a more powerful one, it does a better job. Lovely clean water and silent operation.

Fitted into my 7-year old Trigon 190 without problem and saw immediate improvement in water flow and reduced noise. It loooks much easier to clean and service than the older model so very happy with this purchase.

Great product quick delivery earlier than expected.works in all juwel filter with simple adaption (all parts in box) really upped the flow rate of my filter fish seam happier more flow-more oxygen- happy fish

I bought this for my JUWEL Rio 125 and I am really pleased with it. It’s very quiet and it certainly is giving my fish a wee work out.

Seems expensive for what it is. They fail every few years so you should see them as consumable. Seems expensive for what it is...
