Lets start this off by talking about Jurrassic Park Operation gensis which was on the ps2/xbox/pc...That game was one of my all time favourite games back during that generation of consoles and forever i have scratched my head wondering “When is someone going to make another game like that but for current gen” especially when JW1 came out, I thought it was a missed opportunity, Well low and behold this game comes out. Im a bit of a game collector for games i love and i waited for the physical release.Now onto The game itself... Im addicted. There are 5 islands to build on with one being a complete sandbox island for you to build anything you wish with items you have unlocked from the previous islands,

I brought this game about a week ago. I have played around 30hours on it so far. I love it, the graphics are so detailed, I have yet to find a problem or niggle with this game. I have unlocked about half of the dinos and have unlocked 4 out of then 5 islands . You can micro manage most things even to what your selling in the shops and how much your sell them for. Keeping your guests happy as well as your dinos is a difficult balance but once you get the started it's pretty easy to keep it going. I have also got 60% of the trophies on the game. I love collecting trophies on games and I'm happy that some of these ones are pretty easy to get but some will take time to unlock which is good as I don't want to get them all in the first hour of playing the game.

So this is the first time I have played this sort of game, except and ill fated purchase of a roller coaster tycoon from CEX which managed to grab my attention for all of 5 minutes.But who doesn't love Jurrasic Park/ World so a game where you can build the park, breed the Dino's and let your guest be killed by rampaging Dino's is clearly a winner for me!Gameplay is actually really engaging, as with any sort of building game the task are repetitive. However this differs in that you need to stay on top of the health, and well being of your Dino's otherwise they get bored and start escaping and running amok!

Overall this is a great game if your into similar ones (Two Point Hospital, Roller coaster Sim etc.)Its very long in terms for how long you can stay on an island until you complete all the requirements, you can build all the amenities and safety features get your customer and dinosaur rating to 5 star and suddenly a T-rex escapes and starts killing your customers ( complete with crunching bone sounds) and you rating drops to 1 star with customer lawsuits and you have to build up the customer satisfaction again, very frustrating but good at the same time, your only a storm away from utter chaos and multiple animals escaping then the fun starts, its good researching and developing the dinosaurs,

A great park simulation, it is essentially operation genesis but for next generation platforms.It is great fun and quite addictive, if you are a fan of these types of game you can't go wrong. There are plenty of missions and dinosaur types to unlock, micro management is at a minimum with just feeding and security to worry about.Ignore the reviews of the idiots at IGN, the game was clearly reviewed by people who are not fans of the genre. Which is pointless as this is really a park simulator cum RTS game and is aimed squarely at people who enjoy such games and are Jurassic Park fans.The IGN review misses the point entirely. You already know if you like these types of games, it won't convert those who don't,

Really fun game that can be enjoyed casually. Although I believe it will have a limited life-span, unless they add new features through updates and DLC. Once you've got access to the 5 Star dinosaurs, it's far too easy run a successful park.Other gripes would be that it's frustrating how the herbivores start breaking out due to lack of a social group, when they're in a pen with their own kind but they've wandered away from them (If you put them in a smaller enclosure, they start breaking out due to the enclose being too small), they should move in herds. And the carnivores just murder everything, surely they should only kill when hungry?I'm sure these problems an be easily fixed with an update,

For those of you old enough to remember playing Theme Park, Railroad Tycoon, Sim City etc, this will seem pretty familiar... which some will love and some won't so much. It doesn't have great depth compared to some park simulators, but it does make up for it with multiple islands with different management requirements, and of course the dinosaur setting.Apart from the dinos breaking out and weather issues, there's not that much going on... Fun, but on a surface level. They have done a great job on the controller options though, and the 4k HDR is good, but again nothing compared to some games.I love these types of games, so knock a star off if you're not...

If you're looking for a fix of big Jurassic park style dinos this is your one stop shop. The game is a theme park building / management SIM and the funny thing is what gives the dinosaurs menace and ramps up the tension is all the money you're losing when they break out, which they do, frequently. The strange thing is that this repetitive format works courtesy of the best dinosaur animations and textures yet rendered in a game. The player has to see the dinosaurs as living animals with specific needs and the game has plenty of speculative science about the behaviour of the real thing, enough to keep anyone with a passing interest in dinosaurs happy.

After a stressful day at work, I like to wind down and play this relaxing, beautiful game. If you are a fan of dinosaurs and Jurassic park you will NOT be disappointed by this game, you can easily spend hours and hours designing your own parks on different islands with dinosaurs of your choice. The graphics are just stunning. You have missions to complete, DNA genes to also complete and can change the attack and defence rates on your dinosaurs. This is definitely one of my favourite PlayStation four games, hours can easily be passed by with this game. I find it so relaxing. :-)

I'm really enjoying this game. It's a very chilled park builder game, very different to the action games I usually play. Build a Jurassic park whilst earning money for completing missions. The characters are a nice touch many have a sense of humour which adds a nice touch. As you progress you unlock more shops etc and discover more dinosaurs by sending helicopters to islands looking for fossils. This game reminds me of them park in a lot of ways. As you progress you unlock more islands to set up parks. If you want a game to relax with, this is it. It's great fun!

Having held off getting this game for a long time it came up on a deal so I decided to take the chance to get it and am so glad I did. The game is well thought out meaning you get a good level of detail and challenge but with a control system that is not overly complicated (it will take a little getting used to). The graphics are excellent and the game runs smoothly making for a game you can happily sit and play for hours without getting bored or frustrated.If you love Jurassic Park/World then this is a great game for you and one I highly recommend.

I pre ordered this game and received on its day of release and ever since I’ve played on it I’m completely amused. It has so many great features to add to your personalised dino Park, it’s a game for alll ages and once you start it it’s hard to stop. I’ve already spent so many hours of fun building parks & raising dinosaurs. And even after it’s rel I’m still receiving updates which is great news. I think cause there is no end to this game I’ll still be playing it in years to come with my kids. Overall I’m overly satisfied at how awesome this game is

Bought the game a few days ago and so far I love it. The controls are easy to use, it's very similar to Tropico games only JWE has far more to do so it will be nowhere near as repetitive. I bought the game for £24 and at this price I'll definitely get my money's worth before I get bored of it. It's a great strategy game, graphics are superb and as a fan of the movies it captures the feel. Buy it have your 100+ hours of fun then either go back to it in time or get some money back for it on eBay and it's win win.

Great service as ever from Amazon, delivered within 24 hrs as promised.Game itself is a Xmas present but having played the game, i can confirm that the interactivity of the game and graphics are excellent and are a welcome addition to the Jurassic Park franchise.The gameplay is first rate, where you get to create you own Jurassic World. You have the ability to have an overarching control of the game or you can go deeper into the game and interact with individual scenarios.Overall an excellent game.
