First, kinda choked the hood is not removable. I had looked at other pics and it did not show the hood, so make sure you order the right one (my fault not the companies) These fit small!! I am a large in most brands but am 2xl on this! it fits tight on the chest (I am 6'2" and fairly barrel chested). it fits snug under the arms. If you are a skinny dude. you will be very happy. Being a big dude the Fit is good but not great on me. So that is the cons....the Pros are it is extremely light, seemingly warm (haven't tested its limits yet) and packs less than a Nalgene bottle especially if you compress it. otherwise it is slightly larger than a Nalgene if it is lightly stuffed in its own pocket.

This was bought in the knowledge that it was to keep me warm and not protect me from a deluge. Yes, it will be fine for light showers but will soon get very soggy if you are caught in a downpour. It is very light, very warm keeping out the cold really well and the fit is very good indeed. It looks great and can be folded into one of its own pockets so very practical and easy to transport. The RRP for this item is £130. Most shops are selling it for between £90 and the RRP and a few around the £80 mark. I was amazed to find it on Amazon for £65 including postage. Great item, exceptional price.

Great jacket...light and warm.Very nice quality and good price. Delivered in massive box and wrapped in a giant anaconda size length of brown twisted packaging paper. Totally over the top for a very light down filled jacket that is designed to be rolled up in a carrying pouch. Very wasteful packaging...we all need to do our bit and Amazon,although a great firm to deal with should be doing better.

This jacket does what it says on the tin! It's a warm, light, water resistant (ish) winter jacket, super warm when worn with a woollen sweater underneath. This would be an AMAZING jacket if it was waterproof. If the Jack Wolfskin people are reading this - DO IT!!! Black's have this jacket on special for £70, so the £50 I paid was certainly a bargain. Recommended.

I recently took on a lengthy around the world trip which required careful packing. This without any doubt was the best bit of kit I took. It's light, warm (with the correct base) and packs down to a small pillow (good for long flights). It's not water proof just shower but with a good outer layer it works really well.

I'm totally in love with this jacket, it is insanely lightweight yet give you the warmth of a heavy jacket, i used this when I was in Zermatt, Switzerland and at the time it was sub 0 and it was totally fine. The only issue that I have is the cuffs around the hand are quite loose which is unfortunate.

Love the jacket, good fit and fairly warm. Packs down really small. Feels good quality.One thing I've now found after having the jacket some time, when I washed it a lot of the down seems to have moved, so there are parts of the jacket that now feel empty.

This jacket has been great, got tired of big heavy coats that did absolutely nothing. This is lightweight, compact and warmest jacket I’ve purchased. You don’t need to layer up at all. Don’t delay just hit the buy button!!!

Nice light weight and packable down jack.(packs into its own pocket)Ok in a light shower, but this is not a rain jacket. Very wind resistant and surprisingly warm.I would definitely buy another and i have two already.

I was concerned about how thermal this coat was when I received it because it was very light and thin but it's incredibly warm, waterproof and light enough to squeeze into a bag if required.

Amazing jacket, provides great comfort and warmth both out on the moors and casually in the city. Sizing is quite small though so go for the next size up. Highly recommend

Really warm and windproof down jacket. The pocket carry case works really well and it is easy to fit in. It compacts down to a really small size. It is easy to clean too.

Leaks a few feathers here and there but is very warm and compactible. The elastic in the wrists has worn already and only had it a few months. Besides that very good coat

The jacket was light, beautiful. I selected the size according to the table, you can trust her. Who doubts, I recommend. How it will be worn, time will tell.

To the previous person who left the review, the bag for holding the jacket is actually the pocket, you roll it into the pocket and zip it up. very practical
