I bought this item earlier in the summer, and when I tried to use it for the first time this week it would not open effectively, the mechanism looks as if it is too flimsy , and the first opening sent bits of metal that were connected to the opening mechanism flying off. No use at all, very disappointed as it looks lovely

This arrived on Thursday, put it up and looked good. Then tried to use it for the first time on Sat and as it went up all the metal pins fell out and it wouldn’t stay up, completely useless.
