There are a few spares every Roomba owner need. Filters and these brushes. Being a happy Roomba owner for a bit over a year, I've replaced the side brush two times so far. Drawing on this experience, my 3-pack will probably last me well into next year.The brush arms will not simply break off, but the rubber will slowly fatigue and crack near the centre. Just replace the brushes when you notice that the brush arms have lost their springiness or simply just look unacceptably dirty.

I bought the excellent Roomba and loved it truly, madly deeply - but the side brushes broke and bent quite quickly.These replacement brushes have lasted and lasted for ages, though, so are a good buy... Maybe better than the originals? Hint: check on a regular basis to make sure hair and debris isn't caught around the brushes making them less efficient. I use nail scissors to cut it away... (Can't have the robot working below par, can we??!!)

My Roomba came with brushes that had 5 (or may have been 6) prongs. These were always breaking off. When I checked with friends they did not have this problem but their Roomba's came with the 3 pronged brushes. I purchased 3 pronged brushes and haypresto no more breaks. I would now only use the 3 pronged brushes.

The old brushes had broken, so i seen these advertised on Amazon at a good price. I am very pleased with the productand the excellent delivery service . I would definitely recommend the product and service to all our friends.

These three armed side brushes seem tougher than the older ones which had 5 or 6 arms. I used to find bits of broken side brush quite often with the old style ones, but these are much stronger and don't seem to break at all.

I bought these for a different brand of robotic vacuum these have a star grove cut into them and mine has a rectangle but the plastic is not very hard so with a shap knife I was able to easily change the shape

I was delighted to find you could obtain new brushes for the Roomba. They are easy to fit and don't be put off by the fact they are a different colour to the originals, they are otherwise exactly the same.

Bought these as iRobot site was out of stock and am very pleased I did. Half the price, free postage and just as good as the original brush as far as I can see. No problems fitting and is working well.

If you have a Roomba, keep a set of these spare.I have found Roomba collects surface dust much better with a new(ish) one of these fitted, and he covers a wider section of floor each time.

I tried to use the cheaper alternatives but it was a false economy - the roomba didn't work with them as they interfered with the wheels. Got these and everything's back to working order.

This product arrived quickly and works fine. The design has changed slightly from the part that is fitted to the Roomba as standard but don't let this worry you it works just as well!

The pack arrived quickly, items as described and the brushes - as others have mentioned - seem a little stronger than the original one which came with the machine. Good value

They work well with my two trusty roomba's. I tried the 6 spoke ones but these do better jobs with less mess, the 6 spoke ones break much more easily than these.

Works perfect for the robo vac2nd lot of bought and will buy more when needed.Last a good while too and the design of them stops them from getting tangled too

Dont know if it is original spares but they work and last well. Had iRobot for several years now and cant live without it so these are essential little gizmos.
