OMG this stuff is awesome!! I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face that reacts to literally everything. Even the expensive all natural vegan ranges out there. Since using this, the skin around my nose & chin has improved by at least 90%. My face used to be so dry & now it feels soft and moisturised. I also use as a body cream. The tub is big enough that you can literally lather it on!Has a very light scent that I was wary of as my face usually reacts, but I can honestly say this does not aggravate my sensitive skin one bit.I’ve had dry skin problems my whole life & used many steroid creams, moisturisers, oils etc. This is the first cream that’s actually made ANY difference at all.

I am very impressed with this body cream. I have very dry and usually rough bumpy skin on my legs, well I am pretty old now! I tried Ameliorate cream in a tub, similar to this, and it worked quite well for as long as I used it. However it is very expensive and I don't think worth the cost. Browsing here I found this, which looks to have a similar end result, and it is almost double the amount for 2 thirds the price. It is doing an amazing job on my legs and I am not even using it every night. I am so pleased and I can't wait till summer to don skirts or crops again and have smooth better looking skin.

I have suffered with Psoriasis my whole life and although ive managed to keep it somewhat under control with various products on prescription ive always struggled with maintaining smooth, flake-free skin...until now.This product is simply incredible! I wish I had taken before shots of my skin because you would not believe the transformation. Friends and family are commentating on how great my skin looks and how soft and smooth it feels. I no longer have flaky red patches! Yay! I feel like buying 10 tubs of this cream just in case I can't get hold of it lol it's simply amazing:)

Since I have had an under active thyroid, few years now, the skin on my lower legs has been terrible. Dry to the point of scaliness and despite using good quality moisturisers it never seemed to improve. Recently got much worse so in desperation looked on line and saw this recommended. Well it is so effective I have ordered some more as I can tell it is improving the condition of my skin and I dont want to be without it. This tub lasts me a month so good value to me to have comfortable skin.

I searched up and down to find a 10% urea body cream at this size, and at a good price, and this has made that search pay off. I bought this for my parents after they complained about their dry skin (Vaseline was never going to touch the sides, Dad), tried it for myself, and now it's an essential.It's satisfying to use, long-lasting with no fragrance, and my very mild lower-leg ichthyosis is a distant memory. Excellent stuff, if you like not being ashy.

I have literally just started using this cream on my arms as I have Keratosis pilaris. Not really bad but enough to bother me. The reviews on this cream are fantastic so I'm hoping it works for me. Great price and the smell is lovely. You can also feel it absorbing into your skin, it's so refreshing .A large tub too so well worth the money. I would have given it 5 stars but cannot comment on the outcome yet but I will update.

Love this product. How has it taken me so long to find something that works well. I am peobw to dry skin, which comes on when I clean the house. I feel assured that I can replanish my skins moisture with this as needed. Quite think but rubs in well. I wouldn't say it has cured cracked skin but definitely relieves it instantly. I should probably use more frequently to prevent cracked skin than use to treat cracked skin

I use this cream twice a day in conjunction with the Ameliorate Transforming Body Lotion and it has done wonders for my KP! The texture of the cream on the skin locks in moisture throughout the day and overnight. It does not get the full five stars because since I bought a second jar in February 2018 the price has doubled! I am disappointed by this and will be looking for cheaper alternatives.

I have been using this Urea based repair cream daily for over 2 months and have found it keeps dry and flaking skin on my feet smooth, repaired and moisturised. I have to use this type of product on a daily basis and was pleased and amazed at the large size of the tub you get. Pleasant subtle perfume. Will definitely buy again.

Huge pot of quality cream, no perfume, glides on really well. Cleared up chapped, split hands in 2 days and gets rid off any bumps on the skin on the back of thighs and arms. SO good, I bought more and sent to my family to help with all their chapped hands in this age of handwashing. Fantastic value!

This cream really works for me. I wear compression stockings, and the skin of my lower legs gets very dry. This cream, applied every couple of days at bedtime, has made a significant improvement. I would never have found this, or bought it if I had, without a podiatrist telling me about it.

Lovely cream, even just one one night application transforms very dry rough hands.I will get it again and again.Hardly greasy at all and dries in quickly.I hope it always stays available.Better and very much more economic than the market leader (once prescribable on the NHS) Calmurid

I have only made one application of the ointment for my itchy skin, so it will be a week or more before I can give a report on the usage. From the recommendation I have received I expect to see some improvement in the next day or three....

I have very dry skin (possibly Sjogrens syndrome) and had actinic keratosis which had to be treated by a dermatologist. Since then I have used this cream and have not had problems, it does a very good job of hydrating the skin.

I expected the cream to be a little thicker, but it does leave the feet feeling moisturised. I would have to use for a few months to see how well it works, It is reasonably priced compared to many other brands of urea cream
