My previous washer was Indesit and it lasted for 15 years without a single fault. I probably could have had it repaired, but for the cost of a new one I figured it wasn't worth it.I checked out several models but decided on the 9kg, largely because I have a kitten who keeps having accidents on my duvet and it's costs me a tenner every time I have to visit the launderette.So far I'm very impressed! It's so quiet, I have to keep checking if it's finished!Some of the cycles are quite long, but having done my research, I know that's it's actually using much less electricity than my old one, so that's reassuring.I've just had to wash my duvet again and the wash quality was as good as the launderette.

I cannot tell you how delighted I am with this machineThe drum is twice the size of my old machine...so no cramming things in, to get all crushed , and not clean properly.So, that’s the first thing I noticed! My clothes have been so much cleaner!The machine itself is so quiet as well...another plus.Love the digital read out, sometimes, be aware, it may say 200 minutes, then it corrects itself, and goes much lower, this is normal, and all to do with how much clothing has gone in, or how good your water pressure is. So don’t be out of by some of the longer times given in the booklet.There are four quick washes - excellent.A rapid 30 minute wash as well.I actually washed my king size duvet,

I have been using this at my new house for about 10days, We installed ourselves, all very easy, washer arrived very well packaged and protected.Like the digital display and the quick wash for 30mins is ideal for refreshing, lovely pale silver colour so blends in with pale grey cupboard doors in utility which is the main reason I chose it as a lot are more graphite or two tone. Drum is a good size and we have 5 cats and it takes their soft beds, throws etc fine.Would recommend this machine, it has various extra things on it but not had time to investigate it all yet, wash delay etc, the spin isn't too noisy and the cats don't seem as bothered by it as my previous one.

Had this 3 weeks now, and it's used most days. Like my other washer I tend to stick to 3 washes, quick, main and hot. The main and hot are basically like my other washer and I'm pleased but the quick wash is 45 minutes long, 15 minutes longer, no biggie, but only does 1000 rpm. So after its finished i then have to do a spin. Another little annoyance is the detergent draw, feels like very cheap plastic and does not glide well in and out. Overall I'm pleased, seems quiet when on a spin, but then again my old washer was so noisy, maybe I shouldn't compare. There is a child lock, which I haven't used yet, but I might, as with my old washer, when we leaned over the worktop, we often turned it off,

Ordered this machine because I’m blind which has happened recently and this indestit Innex 9kg washing machine fits my needs as the push & wash is easy for me to use and stay independent. A did my research before picking this machine and for what it offers for the value of money it’s a fantastic washing machine a would highly recommend to anyone. Hotpoint where fast at delivering my machine and kept up to date on my order aswell and the delivery men where really helpful as a told them a was blind so big thank you to hotpoint looking forward to getting the rest of my new kitchen appliances from yourselfs, which the wife has already picked lol. I’m one very happy customer and so is the wife.

Bought this for my Mum after her 9 year Indesit Moon washing machine was on its way out. We love this new Indesit so quiet and with great washing options but expect long wash cycles if you want to do a deep clean. The 2 Second Push and Wash cycle is appropriate for every day wash at 30min on 30°C. The instructions are not the best but the front panel is more than helpful.Works a dream having a large drum (more washing loads / less time) with great options and being so quiet you'll be happy to use it all day and over night.

Great modern washing machine. The best thing about it is the quick 45 minute wash, a seperate blue button that you press for two seconds and it starts going. It's the only thing I've used so far. I think the spin speed is set at 800, but you can change it to 1000 by pressing the spin button. Also there is a "clean" cycle. After the machine has been used 40 or so times, you put some cleaning substance in the drawer and set it going and it goes through a deep clean cycle.

Really pleased with the washing machine but a few improvements needed. Too many excessively long washes! Can only use 1400 spin on a few programmes. It doesn't tell you where the half load wash is - it is the 2 second button wash which is 4kg load! also you need to mop up the water caught in the seal after every wash.Other than that it is a good washer, large drum and easy to use. No problems so far and happy with the performance. I would recommend.

I’ve only had this a couple of weeks but having a small child I’ve already used it numerous times. I’m still getting used to the settings etc but It has some great features such as a child lock, digital display, nice big drum and good spin speed. Most of all I really like the delayed timer, meaning I can put my washing in on the night and set it to come on early morning, ready to dry by the time I wake up. Brilliant!

Very pleased with this washing machine, my only criticism is that the length of the washing time is quite long , there is a quick wash however but you cant increase the temp it will only wash at 30 degrees on the quick wash. The spin is fantastic clothes feel almost dry when they come out and the washing machine bleeps to let you know its finished which is a nice feature. Overall I'm very pleased with the machine.

Ive only used my new washing machine a few times so still getting to grips with the various wash cycles but so far so good to be fair. The drum is huge it can take a huge pile of washing. It looks very smart and i have to say its quiet whilst washing. I had to double check it was still running on a few occasions it was so quiet! Very pleased with my purchase i would definitely recommend.

I love this machine! No overly fancy gadgets or buttons you need a degree to understand. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but we had to get an engineer out to it as it came up with a fault code after a couple of months. If you buy this, get the extra cover. We've had the machine over 6 month now with no more problems. You won't be disappointed with the wash quality.

Very pleased with this washing machine as it is a lot quieter than my old one and washes and spins well. There are plenty of wash programmes to choose and you can vary the spin speed and temperature as you want. As another reviewer mentioned there is often a sock left soaking wet after becoming wedged in the bottom of the door seal - other than that it is excellent.

Love it my old one was only 7kg so this 9kg is Fantastic, very quiet washing and spinning BUT not so quiet when filling and draining I think this is to do with the pump being at the front, great one touch feature wash, but as others said some washes are a bit long but you can adjust the temperature and spin speed so this takes time down a bit, definitely recommend

Needed a washing machine quick after ours broke down. This was a bargain compared to others and far cheaper than the equivalent model in other retailers. It has a range of wash cycles from a great 30 min quick wash to thorough long cycles. I love the way it counts down the time remaining and you can even set a timer so it delays the start. Highly recommended!
