The good: these are warm, breathable, soft, much as I had hoped. I am pleased with the fit, they are a little looser than you'd expect for athletic leggings.The not-so-good: Do not buy these expecting to use them like athletic leggings. They are thin enough to see through even though these fit me relatively loosely. I had hoped to wear them as leggings based on information provided by the sellers, so a slight disappointment here. Also, the pair I received looked like it had been returned- they were not folded nicely in the box and had different colors of lint on them. However, they didn't look like they'd been worn or used other than that.

We have always bought this brand as they have wonderfully designed and tested true products. I have an entire base layer set that I use while backpacking and sleeping in my sleeping bag. Regulates well and soft wool.I’ll be Ice Breaker fan for years to come and besides smart wool, most of the non branded merino wool products blow out / don’t stay on snuggly after a year or two of moderate use. Not my ice breakers.

The base layer pants are fantastic. They are thin and lightweight, would fit under jeans or any outdoor pant and are incredibly warm. I wore these legging during our recent cold spell. I live in Alberta, Canada and the temperatures were around -35 degrees C and I was very comfortable. I will definitely be buying more and would recommend them to anyone working in or enjoying the outdoors. The price point is perfect.

The ad states clearly that these tights are not fashion driven, but are created for utility. They are warm, they fit well, and while utilitarian they are pretty enough while not engineered to flatter. I love merino and am slowly converting much of my wardrobe to it. I ordered large. I am 5.8" and weigh 143.

I bought these and took them to both Colorado and Ireland and was very impressed with the warmth they provided. I have a lower low tolerance for cold climates and these kept me warm, despite their thin appearance. I was able to wear them under regular pants while hiking and they were very comfortable.

I have t worn these yet. I bought these for backpacking in cooler spring and rainy weather to wear under hiking pants. They are thin enough tIt to bulk up at knee or feel constructed under pants. I’m sure I will love them but I can’t give an honest answer just yet !

These are lovely merino leggings. I wear them around the house on cold days, and under ski pants when I hit the slopes. I've even worn them under jeans while out and about.They are comfortable and warm, not at all scratchy, and a great base-layer.

This is the most wonderful pair of thermals I’ve ever owned they’re very thin but very warm but not hot when you’re inside. I would highly recommend them to anyone took them on a New York trip in December and never got cold

Great fit and very warm but not as opaque as I was looking for. You definitely cannot wear these alone, even into a store or two after skiing. I did keep them though. Like I said, super warm and good fit.

I have the shirt so bought the pants. They are both the best base layer I have tried. Very comfortable and thin enough to wear under my office pants when it's cold. Highly recommend.
