This bra has quite simply changed my life. I am actually a 32E but couldn't find the size I wanted at the online retailer I was using. So not sure how my true size would perform . But this is great I use it for high impact Zumba and running and can now do both! I bought a triumph tri-action in 32E at the same time and this is far far better. I feel very well supported in the shock absorber, but not in such a vice that it interferes with breathing, as is the case with the tri-action. Being able to breathe easily is important, for me, in high impact sports. I also really like the way this bra fits. Very comfortable padded straps. Normal fitting (not racer back) so I can wear it with my existing t-shirts and vests...I prefer to use my own Tees because I prefer to do sports in cotton rather than weird Lycra specialist tops -- I get rather hot. The shock absorber also has a minimising effect and actually creates the illusion that you are wearing a nice crop top instead of an enormous bra. I'm definitely going to get another... Might try to find my true size as I do wear this on the tightest fitting which suggests the sizing is true.

I ordered this in a 34 G ( perhaps a 34 FF would be a better fit! ) so will be returning it, as it arrived while i was away & have just returned.I love the 'seamless' appearance it gives under clothing & the perfect no-bounce support, ( very cleverly designed, well done Shock Absorber!) I would always like to wear this style , but PLEASE NOTE, my request of hoping the shape is maintained by manufacturers, as with increased cup-sizes, recently they seem to make it slightly different now..& making our bust-line look wider/ apart, instead of the usual fuller rounded shape, we have been!i previously wore this bra in 32 G which seemed tight in underband, was fine in other smaller sizes in previous years/since over a decade! but in recent years this bra has comes up small in under-bust band, so ordered in a 34 G. but its also coming up very high in underarm where material is digging in a bit..? for these reasons Which will be exchanged if available one size down. ( 34FF )

So when I saw this, I thought it would be nice to have a sports bra around. I would use it for exercise, the random tumble with my siblings, etc.I have used sports bras before (which were a complete joke, I might add) when I was a lot smaller. I'm a 38H, and I couldn't find good, supportive sports bras when I was a DD and in athletic clubs.I took a look online to see if there was anything that could be supportive, and I found this bra. I can't remember how a sports bra is supposed to fit, but I think it fits very well for what it is worth. There is some bounce, but it is nothing compared to what it usually could be, which is actually pretty awesome. The straps don't cut into my shoulders, which is great. They do cut in a little in my sides, but it isn't that terribly noticeable once I had gotten used to it.For what I paid for it, and for what it is, I think it is definitely worth the price that it was. It is comfortable and supportive.

It's pretty difficult for me to find bras - and I'm hardly even sure of what my size is depending on the brand, so I take the safe route and get one of these. I'd say the "jiggle factor" is VERY minimal for big breasts, but I have work other bras in their line that have done a bit better job - but those were a bit uncomfortable and their longevity is lacking. After having used this bra for three months, I can tell that it'll live much longer - it's made very well, and it's incredibly comfortable. The elastic band that goes around the ribs is actually very soft. I guess my only gripe, which is no big deal, is that the bras I have worn from this company before had a lot more fabric in the middle - between the breasts - that kept your boobs from turning into a Uni-boob.This one does not, so I have to adjust every so often. Still a fantastic buy, and surprisingly comfortable. I'll always purchase from Shock Absorber when it comes to performance.

The bra in itself is good - comfortable and supportive as it claims to be.I have a grouse though - about the packaging. One day when i got home i found a slip from the postman saying he couldnt deliver an item as it was to large to put through the letter box. I decided to walk into town in the rain to the P.O. depot. I was intrigued as to what it was going to be. I knew it couldnt be the bra I'd ordered or the violin strings if it was too big for my letter box. When i got to the depot I was given a cardboard box, light as a feather but large enough to hold a frying pan. I still didnt believe it was the bra until I opened the box and worked my way through the inventive and painstaking packaging materials. The bra itself can be folded and fit into my jeans pocket, the packaging will have to be dissembled before I fill my recycling bag with it.I consider it a waste of time , energy and materials and I'm sure the postman would agree.

This has got to be the best sports bra I have ever worn. It's extremely supportive and comfortable to wear. I am a full busted woman and have struggled with exercising in the past due to the lack of support and discomfort, but no more. I bought it to try for my Insanity work out classes that I do, and it's made such a huge difference. Insanity involves a lot of jumping, high energy movements and since wearing this bra, my breasts don't move. I can jump all over the place and they sit comfortably in place. No more sore boobs for me! One thing to be mindful of, which seems like such an obvious thing to say; is making sure you are wearing the correct bra size.So many women are wearing the incorrect bra size and would urge you to get measured (if you haven't been) before buying your sports bra. It is important to get the sizing correct as it will impact the comfort and support provided when exercising.

I bought one of these almost a year ago now from another retailer, I'm a 32F and have to wear my normal bras on the tightest fastening, however with this I need it on the loosest as it's not stretchy. Once you've got it on, just lift your breasts up into the cups and it'll fit snugly. It holds me down well enough that I can comfortably run down the stairs and can't feel it when I go over speedbumps on the way to the gym! My previous sports bra wasn't anywhere as good as this. The material is thin enough to keep you cool but thick enough to prevent people from seeing when you're cold/excited. My only issue with it is when I lean over to do certain exercises at the gym,I can feel the top bit move away from my chest a little bit but that's fine, my head is always in the way so no one can look down my top :) Definitely need to buy some more as I refuse to use my old sports bra (a different brand) now.

I bought this because shock absorber is known for its expertise in making sports underwear for high impact activity and this bra in particular looked nice and plain styling in pure black, with NO PADDING!! I really had padding in sports bras, I find they add so much extra bulk. This is really slim but so effective for people who are a C cup or more for running and high impact - minimal movement. Very fast drying to so its easy to wash and is good in the heat. I do think it is quite a tight fit for try high impact efficacy but I actually like the secure feeling, however you probably wouldn't want it on all day at the same time! It is also excellent that it comes in multiple back sizes - My band size is a 30 (UK)/75 (EU) and it can be really hard to find C/D cup sports bras with this band size. £25 is also really reasonable a bra - couldn't recommend more for people who area similar size.

I'm asian but heavy on top, in my country its very hard to find quality bra for large size (cup D) . I chose this bra based on the reviews here and I wasn't disappointed. It feel comfortable what I like most about it is that the neckline is high and therefore less boobies spillage. I'm tired of cleavage showing and sometimes I just want to tone it down. One person also commented about how it doesn't squash your boobs into a uni boob and I like that too. As of support it is superb it keeps them in place and I don't have that sore feeling when the quality of the bra I'm wearing is bad. The wideness of the strap with a bit of cushion in helps a lot too.I ordered here in amazon and the service was good. The only downside about this is that your nipples would show but that has a remedy you can always slap on nipple tapes. I highly recommend this and I'm going to buy another one!

I so wish I had heard about this bra before I wasted $$ on other brands claiming to support larger breasts! This bra is so well made of NONSTRETCH material and the inner cup shelf design giving the support needed on a bra without underwire - and the adjustable straps are padded. I'm a size 10-12 and full busted - I used to wear 2 Champions to ensure my breasts wouldn't bounce when running. Didn't have much option when I went up to full 36DD because Champions aren't sized that way. This bra is Euro sized so I had to go up 2 cup sizes for perfect fit but I'd go up 4 if I had to because the bottom line is the bra does what its supposed to - provide firm, no bounce support comfortably!I don't foresee having to replace this bra before 6 mos but I'm buying at least 2 more so I have them for the next couple of years!!

Definitely too tight the first time I wore it, but with wear and washing with softener, it stretched a little and is now super comfy. I like my sports bras tight being a 38GG and needing lots of support, so this is perfect for me. After a couple wears, it was easier to breathe. The fabric is comfy, the lack of a wire surprised me but actually that makes it way more comfortable. I have no complaints at all, these hold my chest well and prevent bouncing when going hard on the cardio, making me feel more comfortable and less self-conscious, and enabling me to work harder.I totally recommend, and the only negative thing I have to say is that initial tightness, but if you can push through it,it will fit perfectly, feel comfortable, and hold everything where it needs to be without digging in at the shoulders.

I power walk and I am heavy busted I also work out at the gym and I hated to do the Zumba or other exersises that require movement because my breast would flap every way because of ill fitting bras. So I have been for many years looking for the perfect sports bra for me. I have tried many different brands and off sizes but to no availe. FINALLY I found one that is perfect for me and my difficult size. Thank You Shock Absorber for making bras for women with ample bust that work out too. I wear a size 38E and not only does the bra hold me up but it also fits the whole bust. I now can jog and power walk when needed. I have been so encouraged to do more exersize and plan on in the near future to buy more Shock absorber bras one for every day of the week.Thank You again

I have to say I like this sports bra! It keeps my breasts in place there is a little bounce but very minimal. I jog with this bra and it keeps everything in place, but I like this bra so much I wear it as an everyday bra. I like the fact it gives my breasts a boost (looks like I have had a boob lift lol) but it also makes me look modest (as my breast are E cup) and I like this. I cycle just about everyday and with this bra on it I forget my bobs are even there lol! I would so get this bra again (when I go down in size) it maybe pricey but it's soo comfy, I may wear my everyday bra sometimes but this sports bra is 10 times better and makes me feel secure. And it's not only an everyday bra for me but good for my fitness to!Love it! It also fits true to size for me.

I've been a 34c most of my adult life. When looking for a replacement for my Shock Absorber sports bra (34c) I was disappointed to find that the style that work's for me was no longer available. However a similar style was available in the D+ range. So I ordered a 34D. What I was shocked to discover is that yes it fits, but that it is tight!! Not just that there is some spillage!! Ok so you will probably argue that I am deluded about my size! Ok I get that. I thought that too. But in regular bras I'm still a 34c. I haven't put weight on and still wear the same clothes size!! So why is this bra so small?? I don't know the answers but can confirm that this is a good bra, reasonably well fitting and very supportive....just order a few sizes above your normal size.

Fantastic bra for long distance running. I bought my first one for my first marathon years ago and no other bras have come close to providing the same level of comfort and support. Although I'm not particularly big, I find other bras still fail during long runs and cause pain and distraction but this one just keeps everything secure and comfortable without any squashing or rubbing. I like the way it sits fairly high on the chest, unlike other sports bras which are lower-cut and still allow "vertical-bouncing". Gives a fairly flattering shape under running tops too and the padded straps and padded three-hook back-fastener are nice touches.I wouldn't bother with any other sports bra now for running.
