This is the best sports bra I own, and I have about 10! I love that it's a classic bra shape with just one fastening and fully adjustable straps, and the extra layers of fabric smooth over any lumps and bumps to give a flattering silhouette. As usual with Shock Absorber, I had to go up a band size and down a cup size, but it fits pefectly and gives good support.It's perfect for medium-high impact activities like gym classes (HIIT, circuits, spinning, pump, etc) or strength training, but I probably wouldn't wear it for distance running or very jumpy acitivies if you have a larger bust like me, and like everything to be strapped down! However it is very supportive and is a really good all-round sports bra.

I love this bra, in fact, i wear them all of the time. They give the breasts a lovely round shape, which i would imagine would be a nice lift for women with dropping boob issues. It also has a nice area where the cup material is quite thick, without being padded, and therefore covers any nipples that may poke through on standard bras. The support which theyre designed for is also spot on ... i do mountain biking and over bumps etc i have very little movement.The price on amazon is also alot cheaper in the shops !This bra also does up at the lower back, as a standard bra, so easy to get on and off unlike some other sports bras.Yes i would buy this product again,

I bought this bra because I was starting the gym and even though I've only used it a couple of times I can say its worth the money! But I think investing your money in a good sports bra is always worth it. Definitely recommend getting a bigger size, around my ribs it's completely fine and doesn't feel too constricting but I would recommend going up a cup size, because it's designed to hold down your breasts, it can be a little tight and I wish I had got a bigger cup size as they feel a little squashed, but it still does the job. Definitely would recommend this to any of my fellow larger cup sized girls, gives great support and feels comfortable :)

This is the third of the same bra that I have. My size is 32A and I find it true to size. I wear it for all the sports I do (running, taekwondo and tennis). My normal weekday runs are about 7km and on weekends I do a minimum 15km but never have problems with the bra rubbing on sweaty skin. In taekwondo we do a lot of bouncing and I am very happy with the support I get. This is a padded bra but I never feel it is too hot while doing sports and it washed well (I take care of items that are comfortable and I knew I can rely on, so, I put them in washing bags).

Nice and supportive - not as supportive as the Ultimate Run Bra and the Active Zipped Plunge so more for floor work, bodyweight work etc.Very happy with this because it does give you some shape so you can wear it under day clothes before heading to exercise - unlike the bras that, well, squidge everything into a monoboob in order to give the ultimate support.Will buy a second of these because they are comfortable, supportive and look good. Easy to wash (30 degrees) and even the foam cups dry quickly.

Very supportive, comfortable, and looks nicer than many sports bras. I have tried quite a number of good quality sports bras, and find most are fine if I am running for less than 45 minutes, but once I go over that time they tend to cause soreness under the elastic beneath the breasts, probably from the duration of friction and amount of sweat! This one, however, is one of 2 bras that I have, that does not cause that problem. Would definitely recommend

I am between a 34C and 36B. Bought 36B and it fits perfectly well. The depth for the breast is perfect and one can always play with the 3 positions at the back. Support is very strong but allows for your movement. The straps are strong and do not break your shoulders. The mesh fabric all over is doing the job but it does not feel soft enough to my liking.It is definitely a great technic product of great quality.

As someone with a larger bust and a small back I've found most sports bras nearly useless. I find this one very supportive and comfortable to wear during work outs.Would be 5 stars but the band that sits below the bust is a little bit too wide and flicks its self up and down while exercising, I find just folding it on top of itself helps though - still worth the investment and I found this true to size!

I am very happy with this Bra. Hardly any movement when doing my high intense workout at my aerobics classes. The only thing that I would suggest is you buy 1 cup size bigger. I am a 34 E but had to re-order a 34 F. Now a perfect fit. Also very easy to put on not like most other shock absorber bra's that are ridiculous to get into. Highly recommended

So many sports bras are a compromise. They need to provide lift and support and a nice shape. This one really delivers and looks great too. I can use this in a HIIT workout and not worry about popping out. :)Awesome colour (it's called Coral but is a really good bright orange), excellent style.I'd buy more but they're sold out in my size.

This is a great supporting bra to workout in! It's incredibly comfortable around your breasts, and even helps lift them up a tad while supporting them. I'd order a band size higher than you are as mine was a little too snug around the back - Though it's extra incentive to keep exercising, got to admit! Very pleased with this purchase.

This is a great sports bra! Fits true to size and is very supportive. It also looks great!I don't recommend to go a size up in the band or cup as sports bra has to be tight especially when it's new. I have previously bought this bra in size 34C due to reviews and it was too big (my normal bra size is 30E or 32D)

Any ladies with a bigger than average chest will love this. While running this really does take out the impact and you don’t feel gravity pulling your chest downwards. It’s helped me improved I can run longer and faster without discomfort. The design felt strange at first but once I got moving I was find with it.

Went a size up in the cup, as I had to return previous purchase which was 36DD and went up to an E cup. Tried with my morning workout and would highly recommend. Great support, very comfortable & as I am quite big chested it has a lovely design, which many of my size of sports bras or bras offer.

After signing up to some high intensity workout classes it became clear quickly that I needed a new, very good sports bra! This one was perfect! It's hard sometimes with bigger sizes but this one is comfortable, secure and looks great, even at a 38F. I will definitely be buying another!
