I wanted something really tall (166cm max) and sturdy, but light for travel - this tripod met my expectations more than enough, had few times in use outdoors shooting steam trains on railway show and planes on airshow and its pretty solid and easy to use, variable head can move in every direction and locks quick too, for my camera its great, I dont know how it would behave with heavy telephoto lenses in longer use, but should be fine up to 4kg - tested with my 2,3kg set. It got nice tweaks, quick releasing, crank for additional height up to 166cm, and many other features, its rich in features and I like the matt brass color of the legs.

I'm 6'1" and wanted a tripod tall enough to meet my eye-level: this one does the job. It opens, extends and locks in the same way as most other tripods. The quick-release plate can be inserted in any of the four possible 90 degree orientations - very useful. Also additional plates are available - a great time saver when switching between cameras, and good to be able to replace the one separate part that is easy to lose. I only use the tripod indoors, but it feels built to last. Recommended.

I really can't fault this tripod for the money.It is very well designed and made.It's lightweight but sturdy at the same time and has all the features you would wish for to assist in taking quality photographs,I like the idea of a hook on the bottom to add a bit of weight, for stability, when it's fully extended.The bubble level helps to keep everything square and it operates very nicely indeed.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, budget, tripod - you can't go wrong.

Very good lightweight tripod, ideal for travelling. Some excellent features, such as the inbuilt monopod, bracing struts and carry handle. The only downside is the pan and tilt head which is completely useless for video as movements are not smooth at all. I've fitted an old Bilora fluid-effect head in place of the supplied plastic head and this works fine. The supplied head would probably be OK for still photography.

Now while this is not up with manfrotto tripods it is still a very good tripod for beginners as it offers good height stability and strength where it is needed.I used it with Nikon d3100 with tamron 70-300mm lens for some moon shots and i got good clear shots with no camera shake at allTo summarize its a basic tripod but a good tripodand will suit both amateurs and budget minded people alike

i ordered this tripod it came in 3 days!! looks exactly same as picture, and does exactly what it says in description, it is brilliant for my new DSLR D3000 and i can now go wildlife spotting in the knowledge that my camera will be still and safe on this tripod.thank you ebay and thank you to the seller. i will buy from you again in the future. xx

A great product that has proven itself on a recent trip to France. The tripod was easy to pack and stowaway, on location it was lightweight to carry and very easy to setup. The handy levels helped to set the horizon and the tripod stable enough to produce some excellent shots. I would recommend this product if your a keen amateur photographer.

I found the tripod to be all it was advertised to be except that I use it to support my Nikon 3300 camera . It is very stable and very adjustable, light weight and all round good value for money I do not hesitate to share my knowledge of your product with fellow members of our Photographic club. I find the twin spirit level very good.

Nice piece of kit, I like it. It’s not expensive at all but feels like good quality. Especially in compare to cheaper(but not a lot cheaper) chinese make tripods. Lightweight. Easy to set up. Seems like in can hold the weight of my Nikon D7100 plus a telephoto lens. I would honestly recommend it.

I have not used it yet but I extended all the legs and centre telescopic part. I found it to be very stable tripod. Nice to have the two bubble levellers.I think that I can use it with my light and heavy cameras and lenses with no problem.

Great value for money, works really well, has more features than I thought, swivel feet, two spirit levels, hand crank for the extra height, love the spring loaded clip for releasing the camera mount bracket,definitely recommended.

This is a good firm tripod that can close down to a small umbrella size when not needed. I am using it with a Canon Ixus and it is very easy to attach. The quality is extremely good for such an economic tripod.

A great tripod money for value works here.Very good quality and steady build.also like the bronze colorI also recommend it for using with super8 cameras for up to 2kg cameras.It sure deserves 5 stars

It worked very well with my Miroir M220HD projector although I didn't require something that could go as high as this tripod.Stable enough even when my kids accidentally hit with it, it didn't fall.

Easy to attach. Used with binoculars (I bought a binocular mounting adapter). Super stable. Even when you don't have a bit of ground you can use the length of the stick to stabilise the binoculars.
