Hello,I was disappointed with this tripod. It arrived on time however the packaging was poor. The tripod was shipped in its original box and arrived a little crushed.When I opened the box I found one of the buckles of the carry bag that came with the tripod was damaged.I examined the head of the tripod and felt that it was not very good quality. When you attached a DSLR camera it was very difficult to get the camera level and to make precise adjustments.I decided to return the tripod to Amazon for a full refund.Later I purchased a Manfrotto tripod and head which are excellent quality.My advice to anyone looking for a good quality tripod would be to have a look at the Manfrotto range.
