I bought this for my 4 year old as his first introduction to the Wii as he sees his 7 year old brother playing it but says his games are boring or too hard! so i looked high and low for a game that would interest him and was easy to operate. This game is spot on, it is easy to operate and follow for my 4 year old and he loves it. As a bonus it has diego and dinosaurs in it so a win win situation in my book.It also has a racing game where he can compete on his own to race with his brother to collect things but its more about team work and fun then beating each other which any parent of 2 boys will know is what they spend there whole time doing,so its nice to see them playing and laughing together on the same game!Definitley a great purchase and a bargain price for a Wii game! BUY BUY BUY!

This a really good game for young wii players. The controls are really easy for young children, as they can't fall off a cliff or into a river, the game automatically stops you until your next move.In the game you are able to collect badges in race and ride games, and also get rewarded some automatically which is a good compromise for young children, giving them something to work for but also a sense of achievement if they don't manage to win badges, they get some anyway.Would recommend for 3-4 year olds, with perhaps the 5-7 year olds enjoying it but not returning to it once completed. I also think that Safari rescue is more fun, with animals rather than dinosaurs, but if your child is into dinosaurs I expect this would be the preferred choice!

I never write reviews but this is a great game for little kids. I was looking for something that I can let him play on his own and figure it out without dying every 5 minutes & I have to reset it like in normal games like mario kart & donkey kong etc. In this game the wee boy Diego cannot die. The moves are quite exciting for a kid where you wiggle the joystick to climb up beanstalks and jump on leaves. They only need to be able to press 2 on the wii remote to jump and do tasks, the rest is just moving the remote side to side. Really impressed how close to adult games this is, yet really child friendly.

This a great game for dinosaur or Diego fans. It is really easy to follow, the controls for wii are great and there is a good story and clear instructions all the way through. My little boy is nearly 4 1/2 and he mastered it right away. it is great fun to watch as the child has to do jumping, stamping (to frighten off the T-rex!) and digging and even swimming actions whilst holding the wii remote. It is great exercise and really enjoyable for the child and anyone watching. highly recommended.

Out of all the games I've played with (or he's played by himself) my 3 year old son this is probably the best. There's loads of different environments and things to do and the controls are really simple and intuitive. It just seems to be better thought out than a lot of licensed games aimed at young children. Obviously being a fan of dinosaurs and/or Diego helps.

My son is 3 and a half and he has enjoyed playing this as one of his first Wii games. He gets stuck occasionally (down holes) but it's a fun game and has helped him to learn how to use the Wii remote and perform various actions. As an aside the first disc didn't work - but the company that supplied it from Guernsey sent another straight out - thanks!

This game has been fantastic. My son now 7 has been playing it since he was 5 and still loves it. Best thing is that it includes the player moving about to join in and also the movements dont have to be exact so its easy for them to get it right. Loads of different modes to travel by. Bright and Fun - Best Wii game in my opinion for under 7's!!

Bought the product for my 4year old grandson for Christmas. He has played it every day since. The format follows the TV programme with the same characters and voices. Game play is easy and varied and does not always need everything to be completed to go onto the next adventure. Would highly recommend it.

This really is a great game for younger players. I bought it for my 4 year old son who rarely uses the Wii. Although more expensive than some games this had reminders of how to do the actions throughout the game and so my son was able to play it on his own.

Brought this for my sons 4th birthday..and he loved it ...it's so easy for him to control and if it's a new move there is a little box at the bottom left corner showing the child what move to do. It's just like the programme ...

A great sequel to the first Wii release. Easy controls for little ones, accompanied with impressive game play and smooth graphics, it provides great entertainment.

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old and it's just right for his age. With only a little bit of help he can now play this on his own and he loves it!
