My 4 year old loves this game. He lost the first few rounds but after studying how to manipulate the parts was then able to win. Get for getting little ones to concentrate and learn basic body parts.

This game is absolutely brilliant. I bought it for my friends little girls birthday, she isn't really into princesses and other girly things, and this is her favourite birthday present.

The product arrived on time. Not suitable for children under 8 as although on the box it says suitable for children 3 and over. Very small parts which can get lost or even swallowed.

The kids loved it! but the holes where the bones sit are not the same as the original not that deep! and not as good a quality as the original Operation. Still lots of fun.

My son loves this game, his friends also loved this. So much so I have now bought a few for birthday presents and told friends about it too!

Absolutely awful product don't buy!!! Pieces are really small tweezers don't pick up properly and the whole thing is small and cheap?

Old Operation was a hoot but having it in dinosaur form made it the perfect gift for a small boy. Lots of friends admired it.

Bought as Christmas present. I like that the 'bones' are kept in a box in back of game. Less likely to get lost. Looks good

The item was a present for my neighbours son. The family played with it on Christmas day and they described it as awesome.

I bought this game for my niece's 6th birthday. She loves anything to do with dinosaurs and cannot stop playing it.

Excellent toy! Bought as a boredon breaker for my 3 yr old and 5yr old Nephews, and they love it.

Brill game. Bright sturdy box, no damage. Super price and packaging. Excellent would recommend.
