My daughter loves this and received it for chrismtas however there is one major issue everytime she pulls the clinic the rear doors come open and the hospital bed falls out, this is a definite design flaw and I think future models should have a catch of some sort fitted, I ended up taking the wheels off the bed to stop it rolling out (kind of defeats the object of a hospital bed though) my daughter doesn't seem to mind although was getting frustrated at having to keep stopping to put the bed back in, the rest of the design is ok, you should be able to buy extra clips to attach other doc items too as my daughter has quite a collection now, she puts up the ladder and hangs her Doc Bag from that,

This was the present my daughter was obsessed with getting for Christmas 2014, and she was delighted to open it on Christmas Day from Santa.It's a fairly big toy, with a few stickers that need putting on once you open it.It comes with various tools, and the stretcher in the back and side seat for your patients/toys to ride on.The pull down front door is a hit too - with the heart monitor that lights up (once you take it off demo mode, which took us a few days to realise we had to do!)It's not particularly well made - the front door and the back doors come off very easily. They can be re-attached quickly so it's not really an issue, but a £50 toy should perhaps be more sturdy.Overall: it's made one little girl incredibly happy,

Having read the description now (april) and my daughter got for Xmas I've realised it does more than my daughter thinks opps. .. anyway people have complained about size??? SERIOUSLY? I think it's big... what were you expecting a real size ambulance? My daughter is nearly 5 and loves it. It is meant for the stuffed doc mc stuffin size toys not regular size dolls!!!! And mias all fit in there fine! She has lambie and a talking doc mc stuffin doll. I wouldn't say this is played with everyday but she would notice it not there...

I kind of hate it because the tune gets stuck in your head and I find myself singing "Time for your check-up, time for your check-up", but there is no denying that my 4 year old daughter loves it. Gave it to her six months ago, at 3.5 years old, and it has been used a lot since then, it's taken quite some battering and is still in perfect working order.

The product is great exactly as described also fast delivery, literally the only reason its not full stars is because 2 days after i paid full price the item went £10 cheaper so i wasnt impressed as you can imagine.But literally it works great my daughter who is 3 almost 4 absolutely loves this and the stickers went to good use.

Slight problem with one of the lugs on side where Lambie sits was I going to complain no way this is my Grandaughter’s pride and joy try and sugggest there is something wrong not quite perfect. Must be mad how can the dolls be made better if she hasn’t got her clinic.

Nice toy but not very sturdy as others have said the back doors fall off all the time and stretcher falls out and its hard to get lambie to fit in the seat as i got the 10" lambie but its to big for the chair . Having said that my daughter likes it still

I bought this for my 4 year old and she loved it it is sturdy and well built and we only had to put few parts on which was easy and a bonus with a toddler eager to play with it! Very happy with price to as was £20 cheaper than we could find anywhere else

Secondly one I have .First was returned as the back doors didn't click shut. Same problem with replacement, kept as worried we wouldn't have one for Christmas nd would have one very disappointed grandaughter.

Haven't yet opened it as it's for my daughter's birthday on Christmas eve. But really pleased with it, not small at all big for a kids toy i know she will love it. Definitely recommend this!

Read a lot of negative reviews, it is a toy after all and it made my grand daughters day when she got it. does it really matter to a 3 year old if the back doors open on the odd occasion.

My little sister adores Doc Mcstuffins and has been playing with this non stop ever since receiving it for her birthday. The toy is really good quality and was delivered quickly.

Unfortunatly delivery company left it in a bin outside as we were out and it went missing! But amazon replaced it streight away!! Thanks great product! Daughter loves it x

My daughter is a real Doc Mcstuffins fan and loves this toy and it gives hours of pretend play. It is huge and your daughter should love it to buy a toy like this.

A decent size although I am disapointed it as gone down 10 quid since I bought mine .I know my 4 yr old will love this and it will get plenty of use so never mind
