It says quite clearly in the description that there are instructions in English, Dutch and Italian. Unfortunately the only instructions I received were in Italian only, so it took quite a bit of playing around with the item to work out how some pieces worked.The lid can be adjusted so that after you press down on it to cut items, it rebounds back to the open position. This involves pressing in 2 dark green buttons on the underside of the lid and pulling them back out when you want the lid to remain closed.Operating the julienne involves twisting buttons on the underside of the slicing/julienne lid. It took a couple of carrots to work out how to adjust the buttons to give what I needed.

I have found the Diver to be really beneficial, simply because I have Dyputrens Contracture in both hands...which can cause discomfort. However, this tool just makes my life a lot easier to when slicing,dicing and mashing up vegetables!!! Excellent but. Would recommend all the time.

Pleased with quality of set but was disappointed at thickness of slicer, it is wafer thin and pretty useless for salads. Had read it as 2 thicknesses but was obviously wrong. Wish I could buy a thicker cut insert but does not appear to be available

Brilliant piece of kitchen equipment - I find it difficult to prepare vegetables because of arthritis in my hands but this item makes it so easy and quick - it's easy to clean too - it has very quickly become irreplaceable in my kitchen!

The item is smaller than the one I had. The price is good. Very disappointed with the recipe book, it is not in printed in English. Would the manufacturer of `Genius Nicer Dicer Smart` supply me with a recipe book in English?

I love it! No effort, quick and easy to use, easy to clean, nicely compact to store away, I love everything about it. I only wish the slicer had a thicker setting as this one is very wafer thin.

Have been using these constantly since purchase! I particularly like the plain squares one - useful for so many foods!

works fine does what it says it does. it is very sharp so be careful when washing it.
