The first leveller actually came broken (I don’t think this was the sellers fault). I mentioned it to them and asked for a replacement. They responded very quickly and sent me another one via first class packaging. Lovely customer service and I am very happy with my new leveller!

Bought it to tidy up my Christmas cake. Unfortunately when I read the small print on the packet it says "not suitable for fruit cakes". I gave it a whirl but it really wasn't up to the job. The cutting wire pinged off and I ended up using a bread knife to sort out the cake.

Great product. Arrived very quickly and is great value for money. Slices easily and evenly through all varieties of cake. It allows you to set the thickness really easily and the product itself is light and easy to store away. Would definitely recommend.

Great product. I'm not very good at slicing cake layers but this vas very helpful. It cut nice even layers. It allows you to set the thickness. No complaints.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Came in a box 4 times the size which was a bit overkill and a total waste of packaging. Cats enjoyed the box though ?

I used this product to cut a birthday cake in half, more easily and quickly than using a knife and it was much easier and quicker.

Can be a bit tricky to use but got used to it after a few attempts, but good value for what is
