Definitely seems to reduce ammonia levels. Very useful when trying to kickstart a cycle but you have already strayed into high ammonia territory with fish on board - doesn't reduce levels to zero in my 180l tank with one pouch in, but keeps it under control - zero ammonia means nothing for nitrifying bacteria to eat so a very slight buildup in the beginning is a necessary evil. Recommended for any new installations - or severely overpopulated old ones.

Had a crisis in the fish tank so bought this to help rebalance it - and was so annoyed - they aren't the size of a single basket - but come as a single 'net' filled with the pellets which has to drape over the 2 baskets and then its a real pain getting the stack of baskets to slot together. But definitely works if you can put up with that

I've purchased the Zeolite to start doing my own Filtration Media replacements and it's identical to the ones already in the ones I buy, it will just work out a lot cheaper having two filters running.My readings are always 0ppm on Ammonia and Nitrite and the most my Nitrate spikes to is 5.0ppm

Works well I used it for setting up my fish tank and it clear the water from ammonia lovely. I opened the bags so you can fit in to the fluval internal filter and pump. Just make sure you allway keep this product in a bag in the filter because the little bits will get everywere.

I think it is helping me keep my ammonia levels down. But I had a faulty test before were as I have a proper water test it's ok. But I'm still going to use it just incase I end up with another ammonia spike.

Have used this product for almost three years in an external filter. It works perfectly when water checked at regular water changes, no ammonia imbalances found. Fish longer life found.

Have used this product in a Fluval 206 external filter for almost 5 years. Never had a problem in the tank but do replace on a regular basis. Excellent product.

I’ve been adding one sachet in the filter once a month when cleaning it to keep ammonia levels at zero and they work perfectly, definitely recommended.

Does a little bit more in protection for your fish. Helps me with live community tanks has more fish more waste tidy bag size put out popping.

it is not cheap stuff but my fish need clean water and this stuff certainly helps withn that, repeat purchase arrived quickly

This product is excellent. I would recommend it to any serious fish keeper. I have used Fluval products for years.

Recommended for use in Fluval 205 external filter. Does the job as per purpose. Would also recommend.
