For reasons unknown the end that grips the bike came detached from the original arm on my carrier. All efforts to get the thing back and secure failed, so I ordered this replacement. I'm happy to state that it appears to be a genuine Fiamma product and now I have a fully functioning 2-bike carrier again. My only concern is why and how did the original item fail. Will carry on strapping bikes to carrier as a belts and braces gesture.

Bought this to replace arm (what they call block) on my motorhome bike rack. The end on my old one was becoming loose and I didn't want to worry about the bike coming free. prompt delivery and as described. All good and works well in service.

Needed to replace the arm my wife broke when away with the campervan. Easy to fit and will give peace of mind when away with the bikes. Quick delivery meant they arrived before the email saying they were on their way to me.

This arrived very quickly. It was easy to fit and works exactly the same as the original that came with the bike rack. Can't fault it.

bikes are much easier to secure with these. Took a bit of working out the best way , but now much quicker and easier.

I needed a longer arm for my bike rack and so I bought this one. It's very well made and easy to use.

Hi good quality and value does what it is mentioned for bit stiff to start but that is normal.

Have tried it on the back of the motorhome, the bikes fit on ok with it. It was a good buy.
