These collars may be a bit pricey to buy but are worth it being comfortable and are fully adjustable with a ratchet style fitting on either side - this also means they cannot accidentally come undone. One review I read prior to buying these collars said they were rubbish and the silver eyelets had bent and the collar broke - what eyelets? There are silver "buttons" attaching the adjustable fittings onto the collar but these swivel allowing the fittings to move when the dog pulls making the collar more comfortable for the dog; another reviewer said there was a hard plastic section which would have rubbed his dog's fur under the chin - again what hard plastic?

I love this Ferplast collar and so does my dog (collie cross). The collar is brilliantly designed and very comfortable in use because there is no buckle or clip to catch in the dog's hair. The collar is very well made, nicely padded and completely smooth inside so there is nothing to rub or catch the dogs' skin or hair. The D-ring for the lead stands slightly proud from the collar, making it easy to quickly clip or unclip the lead with no danger of accidentally clipping the lead onto the ID tag ring by mistake. Finally, the clever ratchet system means you can easily adjust the size of the collar for a perfect fit, and it's very secure.

I got this with the harness and lead to go with it, after my Labradors' old set was starting to look a little worse for wear.I dislike using non-padded collars/harnesses, because I feel it can cut in too much, and this is by far the best padding i've seen on a dog collar. The clip system is different to a standard clip so you just adjust it to the required length around the dogs neck with an easy release mechnism, much quicker and mor convenient. This means no fiddling around with those nylon straps and there's much more room for adjustment on this as well.The build quality is superior, you really feel like this was well made and I definatly feel that this will last my dog longer than her old collar.

This is the third one of these collars I have bought (they last for over a year and we only need to replace them when they start looking scruffy). Really smart appearance and very easy to put on and adjust with no slipping and very strong. Large ring makes it simple to attach any lead. Nicely padded inside for your dog's comfort. Highly recommended.

Great product - very soft padding, gentle on the dog. Proper sizing, fits our 28cm neck perfectly. One little minus - this collar, unlike same line harness, does not clip on easily, there is some indentation that the plastic seems to get stuck on. Still, it is very nice and hopefully comfortable for the doggies!

This is an excellent product, totally as described. It is comfortable for the dog with the padding on the inside of the collar and the ratchet system on either side makes it easy to adjust. I totally recommend this product and would not bother looking for anything else!

This collar is comfortably padded on the inside, and secured by the special slide in clips. It is easy to put on and remove ( especially for an excitable beardie).Service was prompt and efficient , and I would be happy to buy this product again.

These are more expensive than other collars but they last longer too. They're padded inside and wider than most collars so they're perfect for my dog who pulls on his lead.

I really like these collars, they are so quick and easy to fasten, and yet secure too. It is comfortable for my dog, and looks great with the matching lead and harness.

perfect collar for my springer spaniel. he seems to like it as well, no attempt to scratch, wears it all day.
