Bought this for my cat who likes to stay out all night, was worried about the bad weather and wanted to give him shelter until I woke up to let him in. It is completely water proof and I now see him in it in the moring when it is raining hard waiting for me to let him in.The cat houses were all plastic and wanted something more natural, but didn't want it to be hard for him to heat with his body heat, this is perfect.

Nice build quality and straightforward to put together. Unfortunately was missing some of the screws which I had to replace. If I'd paid normal price I think I would have felt it a little bit pricey, but for some reason Amazon were (temporarily) offering this at a fifth of that - so a real bargain!

takes a little while to build but looks good when finished. Expect it to cope with weather as the wood is a good thickness and well finished. Plastic feet and rubberised roof add to the durability.
