!Note: The manufacturer supplied a review or discounted sample for my own evaluation.I only accept / request items that I'm interested in and the opinion of the product is my own personal view.***PERSONAL OVERALL OPINION***This is the second big cat tree I have bought my beautiful British short hair Tiffany. She has liked it so much, she would simply not stay of it, not even while I was putting it all together. She is actually laying on top of it now.It comes complete with instructions, but it's very easy to put together. It only took me 15 minutes and that's including having Tiffany laying down on all platforms and scratching all posts ;)All you require is an Allen key, which is also included and a lot of patience with your furry friend as you may, like me, have to keep moving her or him out of the way.The cat tree has 4 platforms, a bed, a hide away box, a large and strong base and a hammock.Comparing to my previous cat tree, I can say this one has an overall much better quality. The base panel is thicker and its finished in a way that the fleece fur material is nicely finished and hidden in its "frame design" So I know that this cat tree is going to last me more than the last one did.The top platforms have a thickness of 13.70mm / 0.74" and the base has a thickness of 28.22mm/1.11" on the frame (all around) and a thickness of the middle area of the panel of 14mm/0.55".The velvet fur top has an extraordinary soft feel to it and an incredible thickness. So it's definitely not one of those cheap ones around. The hammock is attached with sisal rope to 4 metal rings which have the required movement.A couple of strong knots and done. The cat bed has a good level of padding on the ring around it and Tiffany loves to play with the rope just as much as with her three hanging balls. Yesterday it was like seeing her boxing them around ;)The overall construction is very strong and the complete structure seems sturdy and well build.Tiffany is extremely happy with it, and I would recommend to household with 1 to 5 cats, approx.+++PROS++++ Strong construction+ Sturdy build+ Extremely soft and thick fleece+ Scratching posts, relaxing sleep and play all in 1.+ Top quality materials+ Very well finished+ Very useful and very decorative.+ Superb cream / beige colour with PU leather paw design on the base.+ Amazing priceI paid £80 for my last cat tree while on offer and its posts were thinner, the fleece was nowhere as soft and it was not so well finished. The price of this cat tree for its quality, it's fantastic!---CONS---None***WHAT WOULD I IMPROVE / CHANGE?***Absolutely nothing!

I was provided with a complimentary sample to review. This comes ready to assemble which could put some people off as we have all had those ridiculous need a degree in rubbish instructions for a self assembly product. In this case it was child's play and really straight forward.Using the parts list I set aside all the parts in their order and using the tool supplied set about putting it together by myself. It didn't take an age to do and although I made a note at the time I am sorry to say I have since forgotten as it was some weeks ago now.I think the quality is really good and provided you fully tighten the parts in-between there isn't an issue with it being unsteady. There is an array of pointswhere the cats can stand/sit/lay including the covered in hiding hole that mine jostle to get in and peer out watching the world go by.There are two hanging balls at the top that are elasticated, be careful though I nearly gave my cat heart failure as I was a tad too forceful with the pulling and releasing!!!At the bottom the hammock is a nice touch but I haven't actually seen any of my 6 cats laying in it but its an option if they desire. The whole climbing tree is definitely a feature for the cat's and I actually don't mind seeing it as its easy on the eye due to its quality. Each pole (if you like) is covered in a rope/string like cording that serves as the cat scratcher. As there are numerous poles in-between serving as the stands on each level the cats have a scratching post.I add a hint of cat nip spray occasionally to encourage them to scratch there. As you can imagine with cats comes a lot of fur and as this is covered in a lovely plush furry material it does collect it but when you run the hoover attachment over it the fur comes off easily and it looks like new again. It is a big and tall item to have so I would check the measurements to be sure you are happy with the space it takes.I have often looked at these in various stores but cost has been an issue.I have no hesitation in recommending this as it is well made, sturdy and pleasing to the eye. My cats love it and I feel it offers excellent value that you would be hard pushed to find in the shops.

Overall: My cat loves this cat tree. It's now his favourite place to hang out when he wants to be near us. He loves the high perches, but won't use the semi-enclosed ones (that's just his preference). I'd recommend this tree. Thorough review below. Please note that we only have one cat, a domestic short hair, so not a large cat but not mini either!Assembly: very easy to assemble. The diagram had two minor places that took some figuring out but overall it was assembled very fast with two people doing it, but one person could assemble it too.Size & Hight: the different heights of platforms are great to add variety. Our indoor cat doesn't always use the highest level, but loves the other two 'high'platforms. The area of the platforms could be larger, as our cat fit OK, but a larger cat might prefer more space. The platform's edges make it secure so our cat comfortably stretches and feels safe up there.Textures: It has lot of stretching/scratching areas, so the rest of our furniture are left alone!! The high platforms have a little cushioning which adds comfort for resting and softening the landing when our cat jumps on itStability: 80% great. But when our 5kg cat jumps on it, it wobbles a bit. This is 1 of the 2 negative points about this piece. We've put it next to a window, with part of it resting against a wall, but it needs more stabilisation. We're going to add something (like a few bricks) to the bottom wooden piece to make it more stable. If you have a larger cat, the wobble might be worse.Accessibility: the levels are placed well so it's easy to access them all, possibly except for the bottom one. If your cat can jump up 1m & get to the first 'level', they'd be fine. But an additional step may be needed if the cat has mobility issues. The ladder is very cute, but our cat doesn't need it. However, other cats might enjoy using it.Attached toys: there are 2 'mice' dangling from this tree, but our cat doesn't bother with them. I think they'd better if their position could be adjusted, and they were more interesting/higher quality.

When I moved into my new flat I knew with two crazy cats I needed to get them a really good activity centre. My new living room is huge and with a nice little empty space in a corner I thought they would really like a nice tall activity centre. My cats are crazy at the best of times so they really needed something to keep themselves occupied. After looking around a lot of places and reading reviews I came across this Feandrea one.The reviews I read were promising and I thought it looked like a good bet. When it arrived it was in a massive box and was too heavy to carry so it was best to unpack it where it was. It was all in pieces and I thought it could take me all day. I put an afternoon aside and built it.It didn't take as long as I expected it to and I managed to assemble it myself on my own with no problems at all. Once it was up I was really impressed, it looked great quality and appeared to be strong and sturdy.I have had cat towers before that have been really flimsy and literally lasted a few weeks. It's a year later and this tower and activity centre is still going strong. Both of my cats use it, one of them really likes the little condo and the other prefers the top perch. They have both made use of the dangly ball toys and surprisingly have both used the scratching posts. There is just a tiny bit of wear on the faux fur trim beneath the top perch but that was where madam decided to destroy it. It hasn't affected it at all and a year later it's still just as sturdy and hasn't been flimsy or fallen apart at all.My two are quite big cats and both aged three years and still fit on it easilly. my girl is quite heavy and she manages to use it without it wobbling or breaking. So it is perfect for any aged cat from kitten to adult and even seniors. I would highly recommend it as it has proven to be a good buy, slightly more expensive then some cheaper options but you get what you pay for. Cheaper ones would have needed replacing by now, whereas this is still going strong.

Updated review: following my initial review, I was almost immediately contact by the team who offered me replacement parts for the ones that were damaged. These were posted to me really quickly, which was very much appreciated. My cats do absolutely adore this and are on it constantly. It’s a really good colour, very soft and there’s plenty for them to do on there. Just be aware that the balls on sticks are seen as decorative (my cats disagree!) - but these were also replaced, so I’m a happy customer.Previous review: My cats love this and it doesn’t take up as much room as I worried it would. The material is really soft and a great colour. Plenty of room if you, like me, have a couple of cats.Unfortunately I’ve only had this up for three weeks and it is already massively worn and tatty, which I wouldn’t expect this quickly at this price. Huge chunks of the grey fabric have come off completely and all three sticks are almost useless already (one broke at the end, all the strings have unravelled to different degrees). My cats are young so are energetic but I don’t think they’re any more destructive than your average cat! I’m really disappointed because I do really like this otherwise but it looks like I’ve had this for years, not for less than a month. At least the boys are happy. Wouldn’t advise buying if your cat(s) is particularly boisterous. A lot of money to look like this in so short a time.

Absolutely fantastic car scratcher. I’ve bought a few cheaper smaller ones but be bigger of my two cats just destroys them. So in a last ditch attempt to keep them off my furniture I decided to purchase this one. First couple of days they barely used it, but since then I can’t get the bigger one off it. He loves sleeping on the top bed, playing with the toys, and scratching the posts. My other cat isn’t as interested, but she’s not interested in much really. He cat in the picture is a big male cat and I didn’t think he’d use the bed as I thought it’d be too small, but actually he loves it.Only minor point I could criticise is the box part isn’t that secure and only placed on there with on screw, could do with a screw in each corner. But it doesn’t bother the cats so no big deal. It’s very easy to set up, this arrived half hour before I had to leave to work and I was too excited to wait, but it was set up and in place within 20 minutes. Instructions are very clear.I’ve only had it coming up to two weeks, so hard to tell durability, but it’s as good as new at the moment. Assuming it withstands the cats abuse then I really couldn’t fault this product. Well made, looks good, sturdy, and a cats dream house, or as my kids call it - the cat mansion.

This is a great cat tree, with plenty of interesting things to amuse a cat including dangly bits to bat, string bits to attack, hidey holes to curl up in and peek out of, platforms to jump between, and scratchy posts to sharpen claws. It is both very tall and very wide (it basically fills a doorway), but if you have plenty of space that's not a problem. Despite its size it is pretty easy to set up, but once built it is quite heavy and cumbersome to maneuver so I would recommend building it where you eventually want to put it (or doing what I did and build it in chunks to then assemble where you want it). My cat wouldn't go near it for about 2 weeks so I was really anxious that it was a complete waste of money, but lots of coaxing and treats eventually did the trick and now she loves to run up and down it, bat the dangly balls and attack all the posts and string. It seems relatively sturdy, but my cat is only small - I don't think it would be suitable for a large/heavy cat or breeds like Maine Coons, because it does wobble a bit when she jumps on and off. I really like the material it is made of - it's super soft, and the grey compliments my decor.

I was a bit worried getting this as it looked a bit too big but i knew i needed a cat tree this size due to my two cats being pretty heavy (5kg) When it arrived it was fairly simple to assemble, the only trouble i had was some of the Allen screws were of a different size and wouldn't fit the supplied key and had to use a screwdriver. Also one of the poms snapped when my cat leaned on it and i had to glue it back together. It loses a star for this being only plastic otherwise it would have been five. They also have a habit of chewing up the ends of the poms so at some point i may have to find a replacement for them in the future. The hammock they never use instead preferring to chew the rope like string attaching it to the tree I thought about removing it and putting a box there instead for them to sit in. For the first two days they wouldn't use it and needed a bit of prompting by tapping the platforms to jump up or by putting them on the top platform. Once they got used to it however, they play on it all the time, It's fairly sturdy and no danger of it toppling over even when they play fight on it. It really is a recommended buy.

We have 2 large adult indoor cats which like to keep themselves entertained. After a year of having a smaller 3 legged cat tree they had desimated it so I went on the hunt for something much sturdier that wouldn't break the bank and I found it in this amazing cat tree. The four leg design gives a very sturdy base to alot of play time for both cats at once without it even leaning to one side. They both love the extra height has they are able to lie down and stare out the window from the middle of the room and the house allows a cat to hide away fully. With our first cat tree the hanging toys lasted a matter of weeks however with this 6 months in and all three are still there. We went for the light grey and we are so happy we did,our previous cat tree was biege and it lost its colour after time looked drab however this is just as bright and vibrant as when we first bought it. It also randomly doesn't show all the cat hairs on it, which is nice aesthetically. To top it off the amazing cost as equivalent will easily put you over £100 plus.So pleased with this purchase, best buy yet.

well made, easy to put together and a good size . My two very boisterous young cats play on this everyday and love to swing from the three poles a with the fluffy balls normally both hanging on to the same one ,after a five months of constant use by my boys two of the poles finally gave way .I got in contact with customer service at Songmics asking if it was possible for to purchase replacement parts I got a very quick reply from Alice who asked for my purchase details and model of tree so that she could organise replacement parts free of charge.I emailed a copy of my purchase details and a picture of the parts that I wanted to replace.I got a reply the next day saying that replacement parts were in the post and that they should be delivered in 3-6 working days and was even given a tracking number for my parcel.Three days later my parcel arrived. Great service great product .Cats claws being what they are I will want to replace the tree at some point in the future (but going by how well made it is it wont be any time soon)l wii use this seller again.

This cat scratcher is so sturdy the sturdiest one I've had. It doesn't wobble at all and was so easy to put up i barely had to look at the instructions. It's so luxurious and soft and just looks and feels such good quality. The hut is a good size, the last one i had my cat had to squash himself in but this one he has so much room. The hammock is easy to attach but quite difficult to tighten. The rope has started coming apart but my cat seems to love it so I just tied it at the bottom to stop the freying. The top bed i thought was too small but it is his favourite place to sleep and he fits in there nicely and sleeps for hours on end up there :) he sleeps alot in the hut too ,he doesn't play too much with the balls but I think it's because the bells are quite loud, but they were so easy to attatch. He started off not wanting to go on it I think he just needed time but a few days later he won't sleep anywhere else :) overall a really good luxurious , strong cat scratcher that looks great and keeps my cat happy :) would definately recommend!

This is not a small cat tree, it is really rather large but it is also really rather good. My cat's previous tree got broken, she was starting to outgrow it as the sleeping areas were really too small and I hoped that this one would be bigger, and it definitely is. The top bed is great and she absolutely loves it, plenty of room for her to sleep although she isn't a big cat. The house is good but it is quite short in height and so that makes it of limited use, if it was a bit taller it would be better. My cat also loves the balls, although one came off very quickly she loves playing with the elastic left behind probably more than she did the ball. Attaching the hammock at the bottom was the only difficult part of building it,I used pliers to squeeze in the catch which made the job a doddle. The grey is also a nice colour, it isn't dark so although the tree is large it doesn't dominate the room. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It seems stronger than the previous tree so I am hopeful that it will last a long time.

This is excellent, kitty could not keep herself still while building it. When I finished I positioned it by the window in the living room and it looks really nice and not out of place. It's strong sturdy and I love the way it's made with the nice soft furry material, and the long length of the scratching post plus the bed at the top which she loves, and the three balls which she loves to bit and play with the little house is great also. Kitty's five months old and she ran up the straching post side in quick speed didn't realise she was so strong, when she sits at the top looking out of the window or sleeping on it make me put a smile on my face, was looking for ages to see which one to buy and I was drawn to this one.I am very glad that I did purchase this one. Just like to say thank you songmics you made a great product, would class this as a Best Buy. Anybody who buys this will not be disappointed. My kitty is very happy with hers, if she could talk like us I'm sure she would tell you the same.

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend who spoils his cat. His cat does have a tendency to keep us up a night by climbing on the wardrobe/drawers and scratching at the door all night long if we try to shut him out the bedroom. We heard a cat tree would help settle him, so I went for this one because it has a high perch (cats feel secure if they have a “look out” point) and the little house which again gives them security.I was worried he wouldn’t be interested but he absolutely loves it, as you can see in the video he was all over it before we even finished building it.The product it’s self is great quality, easy to build (see video), and sturdy (Ray is not a light footed cat by any stretch). This is light grey one so nice a neutral, even though it’s big it’s not an eye sore. The martial is lovely and soft too.Since we put it up ray has hardly left top perch and is always playing with the toys. Couldn’t fault the product at all, and it’s helped calmed one little monster down.

This cat tree was heaven sent. After going through some cat trees that died disappointing deaths, this cat tree makes up for all the heartache. It's sturdy - my two [chunky] cats tear through it multiple times a day chasing each other and playing, and it barely moves. I've never seen a cat tree withstand such heavy playing without swaying a bit. It's interesting - my cats LOVE the design of this. They love the high platform for surveying their kingdom. They love the cave for hiding and pouncing on the unsuspecting other. It's fun - the built in toys (balls on stretchy cord and hanging rope) are a source of never ending entertainment for my little kitties.Honestly they never seem bored when on this thing. It's aesthetically pleasing - as someone who likes her furniture to work together, this cat tree is refined enough to fit in well with a room's design without cheapening it.Overall, I LOVE this thing and would buy it again in a heartbeat if anything ever happened to mine.
