I love this! it's so easy to use and guests are amazed when you serve up a dish with a perfect lattice on it.It's so perfect that people think i've cheated and bought it from a shop.If doing a wellington or similar dish, I roll the pastry thinner than normal, do a full layer of pastry and then a layer of lattice. That way the pastry isn't too think risking it being undercooked. It also works well on apple pies etc.Simple run it over rolled out pastry and then carefully stretch out. Sometimes I have had to use a knife to open up stubborn cuts where I haven't pressed hard enough

This is well made and cuts very well just remember to put a little pressure on when cutting the pastry and you wont have any problems good price as well.I wasn't able to find this item in the high street in at least 4 or 5 different cities in the uk so was very happy to find it on amazon and even they were out of stock for 2/3 weeks. I highly recommend this cutter.

This little gadget is wonderful. Over the years I have tried to make pastry in a lattice and spent ages only for it to look home made. This little gadget just rolls over pastry and makes pastry look really professional. Dont waste time buy this little cutter. Its so cheap and really works.

Can you believe that no shop in Nottingham sells lattice cutters? Had to put my christmas cooking on hold until my order came through - speedy delivery, robust and easy to use cutter. Result - posh pies!

It's a very good idea for cutting pastry but I would have liked to see it wider and sharper as it is difficult to get a clean cut and if making a larger size pie it would not be wide enough.

I just love kitchen gadgets and this is another good one. Robust plastic wheels make light work of the pastry and presto, easy lattice work pies that look really good

Great value, does exactly what it's supposed to do and it survived the dishwasher totally intact. If you don't believe me, buy it and try it.

Ive never used one of these before, it makes baking easier, perfect pies. Good quality for the price.Ideal for baking on the go.

Ive prepped and cut pastry with this tool on a couple of times, great for Beef Wellington. Best of all was the price.

I had one of these before and lost it if you love to bake then you will love this it a must have toy for your kitchen

It was very easy to use and but you have to really push it down hard to get the strips. apart from that it was great

Avery good plastic product. Does the job and cleans quite easily. I would recommend this product to use and clean.

I couldn't get the hang of this tool BUT I used it to chop my herbs up on the chopping board, It works well :)
