The improvement in tone and playability of my Strat and Tele guitars is noticeable with 11/48 strings over 10/46 ones. Was not sure whether there would be a difference but there certainly is! And no problems with fretting slightly heavier strings either.

Ernie ball strings are the best - delivery speed excellent - price good - especially compared with the high street prices (but that's a long and unfortunate state of things at the moment!)
