Keeps drink hot. Leak proof. The lid is far easier then Starbucks travel mug for example. It doesn't have a clip opening but instead you press the central button and drink from any part of the lid instead of a specific area. Plus it doesn't burn your mouth because of the air intake and liquid out mechanism.Only reason giving 4 stars is due to it being smaller on the inside ... More like an average size mug, compared to other travel mugs.

It is great to use. The only complaint from me is every time after use, a tiny amount of fluid accumulates above the drink seal, so when it tilts, that small amount of fluid would flow over, but nothing leaks.

What can I say this is an excellent mug and keeps drinks chilledfor hours.Brought this for my husband and he loves it.
